Steps lead down to the large heated swimming pool and large pool surround perfect for sunbathing the jacuzzi is also on this terrace. This terrace also leads to the new spacious bedrooms both with air conditioning each with a luxury en suite fitted to a very high specification. This property is set amid mature gardens of traditional plants, private courtyards with seating areas to relax, bbq and dining area with sea views, pool table and the new addition of bicycles.

The villa has a very extensive information pack detailing all of the many places of interest to see locally and further afield. It also gives extensive information on all that you may need from shops, restaurants, contact details, trips, doctors, pharmacies and emergency services but guests should be assured that we have local staff on hand in the village at all times for any eventuality.

The basic villa prices ( may vary seasonally) quoted = up to 4 persons sharing at Low season prices start at £1250.00. Thereafter extra supplement applies at £100.00 per person per week. Discounts may apply for children depending on ages at the time of travel. Babies in cots are Free of Charge. Booking Notes - Bookings can be by Internet or mail. Completed booking form and a 35% deposit of the total cost of your holiday will be required to secure your booking, confirmation in writing will be issued on receipt/clearance. Balance payments to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival, directions (if required) and entry key code will be issued on receipt. PayPal , UK/Foreign Bank Transfers - BIC / Swift Transfers - Cheques are all accepted. Receipt documents will be sent for all monies received.
