Long Let only minimum 1 year 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa With Private Pool Sleeps 2 - 6 Air conditioning. Free heater Winter offer Large secluded 10m pool & panoramic sea views Shaded pergola and well-designed BBQ area 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms
We often get asked for a quiet and secluded villa that is not isolated, yet with a poolside that is not overlooked. This is Villa Hera, a fully air conditioned 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with a superb large 10m x 5m private swimming pool. As you can see from our aerial video, the villa is situated within a large garden in a crescent on the hillside, amongst a cluster of villas. Many of these are lower down, and the 2 immediate neighbours are angled away from us. This beautiful fully air conditioned 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with large 10m x 5m private swimming pool, benefits from a secluded and private poolside and pool, which is not overlooked. The villa is tucked away on the hillside in a cluster of villas, so not isolated, and just 300m (as the crow flies) from the miles and miles of undeveloped sand and pebble beach at Argaka, Chrysochou Bay.
Villa Hera enjoys breath-taking uninterrupted sparkling sea views overlooking orchards down to the beach, and as far as the eye can see to Polis. The poolside enjoys many hours of sunshine for you to recharge your batteries, followed by a sunset into the sea in front. Facilities here include a well-designed BBQ area with sink next to the shaded dining area under the pergola. Lightweight easily movable dining table and 6 chairs so you can choose where you eat.
Having 3 bathrooms and a practical downstairs WC, the property is ideal for families, couples holidaying together (2 double bedrooms), or just 2 persons. To keep in touch with the outside world Wi-Fi Internet access is provided.
A selection of shops and tavernas can be found along the flat coast road, including tavernas Liza’s Place, St Barbara and Fly Again and a mini-market. Some clients drive down the winding lane to the coast road where there are plenty of places to park, and then walk to a local tavern or bar.
Argaka village has a well-stocked supermarket. Quaint Polis Town, a wonderful mix of old and new, is a little further on, and can provide you with a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a pretty pedestrianised centre. Latchi with its pretty harbour and fish tavernas is just 2km further, and you can walk there along the beach path from Polis camping beach, recognizable by the tall eucalyptus trees.

First Class Holiday Villa

We loved Villa Hera and are hoping to return next year. It is in a quiet, secluded location, with open views down over fields of crops to the sea, but is only a few minutes drive to restaurants, a very good bakery, and a good minimarket. Papantoniou Supermarket in Polis has everything you need, with a good fish and meat counter. The villa is spacious, comfortable and clean, with all the amenities as described - an added bonus is the water cooler, nice to have ice-cold water on tap. The welcome hamper was a treat, it gave a fine start to our stay. If you enjoy walking, once you've covered the surrounding area on foot, take the car down to the coast road towards Pomos, take almost any road off to the right, park the car and set off. We did this often and found something different and interesting every time. We drove through the village of Gialia and came upon a recently discovered 14th century monastery - well worth a look, and we were so lucky to see a wild mouflon there. Perfect end to the day is enjoying a glass of wine in the very comfortable pergola, watching the sunset over Akamas Hills. Irene and her team could not have been more helpful and pleasant, and we look forward to booking with them again.
Could it get any better than this? NO!

First let me say that my wife and I are of a certain age where we are looking for a relaxing and peaceful location with a great view, good facilities and privacy for our holidays. Villa Hera delivered all of these and more. Getting up in the morning and taking coffee on the bedroom balcony with a panoramic view over miles of unspoiled beaches is not a bad way to start your day. You definitely need a car here but the trade off for that is those miles of unspoiled beaches where even in June we were sometimes completely alone on the beach. If you want a little more company, how about beach bars that don't charge for the use of the sun beds and umbrellas and even those aren't crowded. This villa is very comfortable and well equipped, don't pack books ample reading for even the most avid reader. The outside space is wonderful with shade and sun most times of the day and spectacular views over the Mediterranean. The best place to watch sunsets is right by the pool. In Polis you will find everything you need for your holiday with good supermarkets and a great selection of places to eat and not a MacDonalds in sight. Bliss. Get adventurous take your car off into the mountains and try some of the tavernas off the beaten track we did and had some wonderful meals. Recommendations The Halfway House, on the coast road surprisingly about half way between the villa and Polis. There you can dine outside under a canopy of grape vines or in their air conditioned restaurant. Food excellent, welcome warm and bill surprisingly small. Moustakis a wonderful restaurant in Polis, great service, great food I guarantee you will go back to this one again and again. So if you want a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle, try Villa Hera, you won't be disappointed

Beautiful 10m long pool to swim off the lovely food

Hi Irene, We just want to say an enormous Thank You for suggesting Villa Hera as it was perfect for us. Most evenings we had a BBQ whilst the sun set over the sea, the views are just fantastic. We went into Polis and pre book Arsinoe Fish Tavern as you recommended in the paperwork and it was just as well we did, it was full, mainly with Cypriot families. The fish meze was absolutely delicious. Thanks for advising re the Lidl in Paphos as we stopped there on route and stocked up, which meant we could literally crash out for 3 days. The Sundance hamper is such a good idea. When we stayed in Portugal we were not offered one, in fact your hamper with the wine, bacon and eggs is just perfect. Villa Hera is a comfortable light and airy villa and extremely well equipped. We could not see the immediate neighbours and they could not see us around the pool, just how we like it. This was a holiday to remember! Best regards from a cloudy Hastings
