La Casa De Los Suenos, overlooking the river inlet Cala Moli, is a luxury villa. It has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with a fantastic swimming pool (Pool Heating is an additional extra at £130.00 per week).
It occupies a secluded front row location in the quiet resort of Port Addaia with wonderful river views and panoramic views out to the open sea from a private roof terrace for you to enjoy.
All rooms have air-conditioning/heating, dehumidifier units and are split over 3 levels with steps leading down from the road.
All areas are beautifully furnished. The swimming pool is complimented with a spacious patio area which has layouts, tables, chairs and parasols together with a barbecue. There is also a shaded area with table and chairs for dining.
Local shops and bars/restaurants are 8 minutes walk away - also a souvenir/paper shop and supermarket which sells freshly baked bread everyday. Tennis courts are available for hire from the Supermarket. Also in Addaia you can hire speed boats from Nautica Puig, you have to have your own licence, and there is also a Diving School: Padi.com.
The port of Addaia is within a walking distance from the villa and has a chandlers shop; offers boat engine and boat maintenance service - has a bar with internal and outside seating for dining - this port is well worth a visit if you enjoy sailing or anything to do with or have an interest in sailing, or just relaxing. Paddle boards, kayaks and bikes can be hired from here.
Sandy beaches at Na Macaret and Arenal D'en Castell are 5 minutes drive away and Son Parc sandy beach is about 10 minutes drive away.

Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric cooker with non-burn hob, griddle, toaster, kettle and blender. You are welcome to use the tea, coffee and condiments etc in the cupboards, and foil, napkins in the drawers. Please replace/replenish what you use.
The living room has leather sofas & chairs, small tables, a 42in wide screen TV & DVD, Sky package, surround sound system & CD music system. The dining room has a large table and 12 leather chairs.
Utility Room: Located on the same level as the swimming pool with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, sink. Kettle, plastic cups and plates etc. American style fridge freezer with 'ready to use' ice
On the first floor there is a quiet area with leather arm chairs.This area overlooks the river & leads to a balcony.
All rooms have air-conditioning / heating and dehumidifier units. All rooms are fully suitable for children. There is also a fabulous selection of DVDs for you to watch. There is a Safe. A cot, high chair and play pen are available.

Outside:
The property has a 9 x 5 x 2m deep private swimming pool, pool heating is an optional extra. The terraces and pool area have tables chairs and sun loungers. There is a patio around the pool together with a BBQ. There is a shaded area where you can sit and eat or just relax.
The villa will be cleaned on arrival and should be left as you have found it. A weekly clean will be included for any bookings of 2 weeks or more. Additional cleaning and Maid Service can be arranged for a supplement. Bed linen, towels and tea towels will be changed weekly for bookings of 2 weeks or more.
Car Hire is recommended if you want to get out and about to discover the sandy beaches and coves that Menorca has to offer and for shopping trips to Mahon. There is a bus service that comes to Addaya, the buses go to places such as Arenal D'en Castell, Fornells, Es Mercadal, Son Parc, Mahon, etc - please check the time tables at the Bus Stop or online: bus service Addaia, Menorca.
The capital, Mahon, has a lot to offer, in the town there are numerous shops, restaurants and coffee shops. There is a museum. There is a lift down to the harbour where you can sit along the promenade, have a meal in one of the many restaurants and soak up the Menorcan atmosphere. Glass bottom boat trips around the harbour and boat charters are available here.
Mahon airport and Mahon Town are 20/25 minutes drive away.
The fishing village of Fornells is a 15/20 minute drive and offers a good variety of restaurants and water sports.
Son Parc golf course 14-18 hole, 10 minutes drive away.
