Located on 3 minutes walk from the cliff at Vale da Lapa. Vale da Lapa is located between the picturesque and charming villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. This luxury villa offers a great garden with a private swimming pool and sea view. The beach is located just 1 km from the villa. The livingroom and dining room are bright and sunny, with comfortable couches and a large TV. There is a large dining table for 7. The two large glass doors open up to the terras and the swimmingpool. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. The laundry has an extra fridge and freezer space. All 3 bedrooms are situated on the ground level and have direct access to the terras and swimmingpool. Two bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with a shower and the third bedroom has 3 single beds, also with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. In the hall there is a separate guest toilet.

Outside: Lovely sun terrace with ocean views with a fenced private swimming pool which is ideal if you are traveling with children. The terrace is facing south so it is sunny all day long. There is a lovely grass lawn around the pool area and a fully grown garden. Built-in barbecue next to the terrace, ideal to prepare some al fresco meals at the table on the terrace or in the garden.
