Casa Rosa Floresta is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Monte Lemos area of Luz, a 10-minute stroll from the beach. Luz is a peaceful old fishing village with coffee shops, bars and restaurants. It has two well stocked supermarkets supported with a variety of smaller shops around the village. The superb sandy beach is blue flag status equipped with lifeguards and 2 water sports schools. Take your pick of golf courses from 5 within a 30-minute drive, the closest, Boavista, is 10 minutes away.

It is an upside down semi-detached villa. The front door leads to the ground floor with 3 bedrooms. 1 with a bathroom en-suite and 2 sharing a separate shower room and toilet. Plunge pool outside with several sunbeds and a bbq area.

Upstairs to lounge, kitchen, toilet and balconies.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and toaster. Safety compliant with a fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

The lounge has a flat screen TV, Apple TV for viewing UK channels, free WiFi, ipod docking station, 6 seater table, 2 settees and a Gas fire (saftey tested).
The lounge leads out to easterly and westerly facing balconies taking full advantage of the sun, morning until dusk. The easterly balcony benefits from an electric rectractable awning, both balconies have a table and chairs.

The 3 bedrooms all have air conditioning/heating units.

The main bedroom has a King size bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, en-suite bathroom, hairdryer and a safe. Patio doors lead out to a small easterly facing terrace.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, hair dryer and a safe. Patio doors lead out to a small easterly facing terrace. This bedroom shares a main bathroom with the third twin bedroom.

The third bedroom has twin single beds, fitted wardrobe, dressing unit, 2 bedside cabinets and a safe. Window overlooking the pool terrace.

Driveway gated parking for one car.

The plunge pool measures are 4.5 x 4m and is 1m deep. Pool heating available at extra cost.
