Having been a subject of refurbishments 22b is now a superb 3-bed room 2-bath room Ocean Front property in an enviable location overlooking the sea. From the garden overlooking the beach and promenade lined with palm trees, there are uninterrupted views to the Black Rock (Rochas Negras). The location could not be better for families and couples alike.

For clients who may not wish to be reliant on a car, the lovely sandy beach and an assortment of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes are literally just a 2-minute stroll away. For the more discerning shopper or an evening out, Lagos with it’s abundance of shops, restaurants and bars sprawling out onto its traditional cobbled streets can be reached by an 8 minute taxi or bus ride taken from the local church

Ground floor accommodation, with approximately 11 steps leading down to the front door which in turn leads into the hall and consists of:

Two twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes sharing a full modern bathroom and the master is a large bright double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and full stylish en-suite shower/wet room (basin and WC). This master bedroom has patio doors leading to the flowered garden & private pool.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a full cooker, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, iron & board and all the usual utensils.

The large lounge / dining room has L-shaped comfortable seating, Apple TV which supplies Netflix Sky News and movie channels. WiFi. There is a dining table and chairs. From the lounge large patio doors lead onto the pool & paved garden.

There is a private “dip pool” (approx. 3.5m x 2.5m x 1.4 deep – shallow part 80cm) with ladder steps, set in a good sized patio. There is an assortment of outside furniture for relaxing, al-fresco dining and sunbathing.

THIS PROPERTY IS ONLY RENTED JULY/AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER, HOWEVER OTHER MONTHS MAY BE AVAILABLE BUT ON REQUEST BASIS ONLY.

24E ... June 2020 - Sven. It's been our fifth time in a row now, spending our vacation as a couple or family in one of the Ocean Front Properties in Praia da Luz. And more will follow, because they all are near to perfection.
24E offers a stunning sea and beach view, is very well equipped, technically flawless and scores with a cosy done up. There is really nothing to criticise reflecting on 24E, except the television setting, which can't be changed: all channels are in English - and we are German - but WLAN works just fine and spending the evening on the spacious balcony with a glass of wine, reading a good book and looking out over the ocean every now and then is much more relaxing anyway ...
Valerie is a lovely lady, always supportive and caring, fast responding and absolutely trustworthy.
Valerie and the Ocean Front Properties enjoy my highest recommendation.
Thanks Val for another wonderful vacation! Your flexibility made this trip possible, despite corona restrictions!

Will go as many times as we can

My wife and I stayed...again!...in Apartment 24D in September 2019 and once again we were extremely satisfied, and happy with every aspect of the property. The location is unbeatable, with uninterrupted views out to sea. The water's edge is really only yards away, and the view to the east along the sandy cove is delightful. The apartment is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Even the WiFi is great!

The best recommendation I can give is that as soon as we got home to the UK, we contacted Valgarve to try to book the same apartment for the following year! Ten out of ten.

Simply The best

Just back from another wonderful holiday in Praia da Luz staying in the most beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. We’ve actually booked the same apartment two years in a row through Valgarve because we honestly didn’t think we could do better anywhere else. Valerie has the best located properties in Luz and provides a really helpful and professional service. Great advice, prompt responses to any queries – all in all a pleasure to deal with!

My wife and I stayed...again!...in Apartment 24D in September 2018 and once again we were extremely satisfied, and happy with every aspect of the property. The apartment is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Even the WiFi is great! We have actually booked many times through Valgarve and stayed in various properties from her portfolio and would return again and again to any of them.

Love these apartments for their facilities and tranquil setting. Just to sit and relax and look out at those wonderful views. Close to all the restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend these apartments.

Our favourite

Having stayed in most of the apartments on the front 24D was one of our favourites. This is one of the few upper villas to have a direct view of the beachfront and the promenade. Also with a southwest corner you can get sun most of the day. Having said all of this we love them all
