The villa is located 400 meters west of Luz city centre, close to the ocean. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with patio furniture and a private swimming pool. A beautiful, pool terrace where you can enjoy undisturbed the Algarve sun! The house is 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the center of Luz. An extra foldable bed and one extra inflatible matrass is available for additional sleepers. A/C inverter is available in the master bedroom although the Atlantic breeze is more pleasant and environmental. Outside: The patio is located towards south with a nice sea view, dining furniture, barbecue, sun chairs, all on beautiful terracotta tiles. Utility Room: Vacuum cleaner, TV, Satellite-dish, various channels, internet and decoder. Internet speed 12 Mb/s with wifirouter with complete coverage. Maid service is provided from two UK ladies with the standard service. Towels and linen is included and changed weekly on longer bookings. Final cleaning is done by a maid service and charged with 50 Pounds. Other: The property has parking place north of the house just outside the front entrance. The patio has a dinner table and seven chairs along with sun chairs, barbecue and two parasols.
