Description
The 3 bedroom villas are located within a small, exclusive villa development. Each 3 bedroom villa has a panoramic sea view with big balcony and also a large terrace. The villa overlooks the lagoon-style swimming pool.Ocean Villas Luz has glorious gardens and a private path that leads directly to the seashore. They are situated on the quieter side of Luz with the shops, restaurants and main beach just a short stroll away. There is another small sandy beach within two minutes' walk. The apartments and villas are all beautifully decorated and well equipped, each having their own sunbathing terrace. Air-conditioning in bedrooms as an optional extra. Car not required.

Entrance: The entrance is up a few steps to the front door which opens into a hallway.
GROUND FLOOR
Dining Room / Lounge: Large open-plan room with dining table and chairs and some comfortable seating. TV with basic UK channels. Log burning stove for winter use. Patio doors open out to the front terrace overlooking the swimming pool, outside dining furniture and sun loungers.
Kitchen: It is very well equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all the usual cooking/eating utensils.
Bedroom Suite: Twin beds, fitted wardrobe. Patio door out to the back terrace. Full en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning as optional extra.

Shower Room: Shower cubicle, basin and W/C.
FIRST FLOOR
Lounge: Spacious room with corner kitchen bar, comfortably furnished with armchairs and a sofa. Log burning stove for winter use. Satellite TV. Patio doors open out to the large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and with fantastic sea views. Another set of patio doors open out to the back balcony.
Master Bedroom Suite: Double bed, fitted wardrobe.Air conditioning as optional extra.
Swimming Pool: Beautiful, 21 metre lagoon-style adult pool which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sun loungers. A waterfall feature connects the adult pool with the shallow children's pool. The pool is heated from spring to the end of October. There is a grassed sunbathing area and a shady areas under thatched parasols with BBQ, tables and chairs
Car Park & Gardens: A private garden stretches down to the rocks and sea; there is parking either directly in front or 20 metres away.
Maid: There is maid service twice per week. Bedlinen is changed weekly, towels twice per week. Weekly in winter.

Wonderful

We had a marvellous holiday and the villa was everything we hoped it might be .With the excellent location and lovely gardens and pool we could not have asked for better and needless to say were very upset when it came to leave. Looking forward to returning very soon.

Ruby, our 8 year old got in to the habit of having a morning swim before breakfast…..it was hard to get her out again! Next summer we are thinking of coming back for 2 weeks!”
