Villa Incanto is a beautiful semi detached villa set in the enchanting South Eastern coast of Sardinia. The villa is very private and perfect for families with young children and for couples looking to have a holiday away from it all.....
Accommodation is on two floors and comprises of:
- First floor: dining living room with fully equipped stainless steel open-plan kitchen. The dining area provides access, through French doors, to a spacious veranda with breathtaking sea views as well as a beautiful built-in barbecue with sink annexed. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. The veranda is perfect for al fresco dining and it offers total privacy. There is also a guest cloakroom on the first floor.
- The ground floor is composed of: double bedroom with ensuite shower room and French doors that provide access to a panoramic veranda with easy access to the panoramic infinity pool. There is also a second bedroom with a bunk bed.
The villa sleeps 4 in total but it is not suitable for two couples.
The villa also has the benefit of private parking and of well kept garden with outside shower (hot and cold water).
The setting of this villa is really magnificent, at very short driving distance from shops and amenities and from some of the most beautiful sandy beaches of South East Sardinia. The distance from the sea, as the crow flies, is of 150 m. A few minutes drive away you will find several bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest pebble beach is 700 m away.The nearest sandy beach is about 2 km away going in direction of Cagliari. Heading towards Villasimius the nearest sandy beach is 3 km away.
