6 Bedrooms holiday villa rental in San Juan de Alicante / El Campello
This beautiful villa is very suitable for a large family, a family with grandparents or friends, because apart from the main house there is a separate guesthouse with a living room (TV) with double sofa bed and bedroom with 2 beds. In between you’ll find a bathroom.
The main house itself has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with Italian walk-in showers, (1 master bedroom with bathroom ensuite)
There is an open (American) kitchen with bar to the nice and cosy living room (TV+WiFi+Chromecast).
There is a separate outdoor kitchen, where you can prepare meals or beautiful paellas.
And of course there is a fenced private pool with enough space, terraces and grass around to relax.
The beautiful sandy beach Playa Muchavista is only a 5-10 minutes walk away. By standing on the veranda you can see the sea!
El Campello has all the shops, restaurants etc., you'll need to enjoy your holiday and is a 5-minutes drive away. There are miles of beautiful white sandy beaches and a promenade with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The local market is on Wednesdays and Sundays.
If you do not want to drive: the tram-train station is only a 5-10 minutes walk away. To Alicante it is 20 minutes and to Benidorm in 40 minutes.
Alicante is only a 15-minutes drive away and has lots for you to do. At the end of the day the many terraces are crowded with people, also there are also a lot of musicians. You can also visit the beautiful Santa Barbara castle and/or go by boat to Tabarca Island, which was once inhabited by pirates!
For golf lovers: you can enjoy Bonalba Golf and Spa or Alicante Golf.
Villajoyosa, literally means Joyful Town, is a beautiful old fishers town, which is 15 minutes drive away (or by tram-train), you can see where Valor chocolate is made by taking a trip around the factory and then taste the chocolate!
Also you can visit the Gothic Catholic church of the Assumption, with a Baroque altar piece!
If you go to Benidorm (it has some of the best beaches in Europe) you have Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura animal reserve, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar Sea life Centre, which are great for all the family. For nightlife you can enjoy a fun-filled medieval night jousting with knights or even go to Benidorm Palace, which offers a fantastic dinner and show.
Other great places to visit are Elche (famous Palm City), Guadalest, Calpe, Fonts de Algar waterfalls and Polop to name but a few.
Although we expect Una Fuente de Sol as left behind as it is found, there is a mandatory final cleaning fee of 150 euro.
There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. Although the basic electricity is for the account of the owner, the use of the air-conditioning is for the account of the tenant. As there is an in-between-meter, you can use it as you please. The cost will be 30 cents per kW.
The caution/deposit for Una Fuente de Sol is € 500,00, which we will refund if you leave the house as you found it

Rentals are always from arrival time 4.00 pm (-10.00 pm) to departure time 10.00 am.
