The spacious, sunny bedroom has a new king size bed , an en-suite bathroom which is newly built, with a walk-in shower, and washing machine. And a balcony with amazing sea views

Listen to the sea
You can lie in bed listening to the sea and waves below you and it is secure enough to leave the patio doors open at night. The terrace leads off the bedroom with sun loungers and a table and chairs. And of cause the lovely sea view.

Fully Equipped
Downstairs is a separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and board, coffee maker etc. Also a sofa bed and z bed, cots and high chairs available. 100s of channels thru the new digital system

Parque Santiago 4
This prestigious complex really deserves its 4* rating - it boasts 2 large swimming pools - one is heated all year. There are plenty of sunbeds (no extra charge) and a lovely array of plants and trees. There is a 24hour reception and security on site. Free use of jacuzzi and gymnasium. Supermarket, shops , restaurants and pool bar on site- located on the golden mile in the centre of los Cristianos and las America’s on the beach. The lovely white sand beach in front is only a few minutes away
We can also offer bicycles (Road) for hire and bike excursions

We stayed at this 1 bedroom duplex apartment for our 2 week stay - we found it to be clean and well equipped and in a very good location. The complex is marvelous with a lovely heated pool and plenty of sunbeds - we didn’t use the restaurants on site as they were quite expensive but found plenty of places nearby Hope to return soon

Great apartment- great location

We’ve been coming to jeans 1 bedroom apartment for 6 years - always for a month - it’s everything we would want - clean, comfortable, well equipped- great to be so close to the sea and so easy to get out walking along the seafront. All the shops, restaurants, beach are all in a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend this apartment and complex
