Apartment in Santa Luzia, Nr. Tavira, Eastern Algarve - Fabulous Village Location, 2 Minutes To Waterfront And Watertaxi To Secluded Beach

Jardins de Santa Luzia is a small (16 units) apartment block nestling in the heart of the village, the octopus fishing capital of the Algarve. Apartment "Q" is on the second (top) floor, it is extremely quiet and private and comprises a living room, double bedroom, full bathroom and well equipped kitchen. It has a spacious terrace , sunloungers, table and chairs . It is fully registered with the local authority and as such has been passed as being fully suitable for holiday rentals. The block has a secure underground car park and swimming pool. Location is 2 kms from nearby Tavira, 30kms to Faro airport and 25kms to the Spanish border. The nearest beach is the truly wonderful, blue flag, Terra Estreita, which is accessed by a speed boat from a jetty some 300m from the apartment (2 euros return ). This is still a relatively unknown beach. Further west is the famous Barril beach accessed by a pleasant 600m walk or by a little toy train. This would be a haven for gourmet beach/walking lovers!
