The villa is located in the San Jaime area of Son Bou, Menorca. It sleeps up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a good size private pool, amazing sea views, free wifi, Uk Tv, DVD player, washing machine, terrace with dining area, parking outside the villa, fans, microwave and is approximately10 - 15 mins walk to centre of Son Bou. The villa is set over 2 levels with the living area on the top floor and all bedrooms on the lower level. The master bedroom has fabulous sea views, a double bed, ensuite shower room and patio doors leading to a covered terrace, bedroom 2 has twin beds, sea views and patio doors to the terrace, bedroom 3 has twin beds and an ensuite shower room, bedroom 4 has twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over. The top floor has a large open plan kitchen, lounge/diner. Patio doors lead to the terrace with excellent seaviews and an outside dining area. Steps lead down to the lower level and pool area. The villa has a BBQ.
Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am. Changeover day is flexible so please ask.
Cot and high chairs are available for hire.
We only rent the villa to families, couples or similar. No stag/hen parties or young groups.
The Balearic tourist tax is payable when you are here.
A security deposit is required.
Payments are by bank transfer.
