Hi and thanks for your interest. As owners we operate in an open & honest manner, are happy to give you helpful advice, do not apply VAT, booking , administration or commission fees, never over book, have flexible arrival days, and employ local English service staff just in case you need assistance. No immediate full payments are required, just a small booking deposit will secure your dates. The the final rental balance is normally due six weeks prior to arrival, or you now have the option to pay cash on arrival when you meet our local English services managers at a no charge 'meet & greet'. The price schedule is what you pay for the rental for 2 guests staying at our one bedroom apartment, but up to 2 further guests can sleep in the lounge, but there would be a nominal weekly extra cost for any further guests ( See table of prices ). Discounts may be available for longer stays.

Our ground floor 'Patio Garden' Apartment , is spacious, bright & 'airy', has a practical layout, and is well furnished & equipped as our second home, rather as a normal commercial let. It has heat pump air conditioning, shared large pool & jacuzzi, large 40 '' Phillips LED TV in lounge + 19'' Samsung LCD TV in bedroom, both connected to English satellite & DVD players. There is a comprehensive DVD film library available for you to enjoy. The well appointed kitchen has granite work surfaces,quality silver finish appliances which include large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker/hob, and extract system. There are a full range of crockery / cooking utensils. We have marble floors throughout, with marble walls in kitchen and bathroom. There is lift access from the secure underground car park, large private rear patio garden area with built in barbecue, and quality garden furniture. A south facing balcony area fronts the bedroom. The apartment block has a nice outdoor pool area with its own showers, toilets and changing area. A video entry system, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire blankets, and foam extinguisher provide a safe environment. The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and has comfortable furniture. A storage room is available which can store golf or other leisure equipment. A travel cot and high chair are available for infants.

Situated just outside the Tavira town centre, in Mato Santo Espirito, the apartment is just a 5 minutes drive away from the town, the beaches, country walks and the Benamor Golf Club. So it's close enough to any town centre restaurants, bars and night life, but far enough away if you need some peace and quiet. All in all the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself !

As we do not have the facility to accept credit cards, we charge a £ 200 GBP security bond, but this is fully refundable provided there are no losses or damages . This sum can be paid six weeks prior to your arrival, but as all our guests are entitled a 'no charge meet & greet' on arrival, you have the option of also paying this sum as cash on arrival. This allows us to hand back this cash sum when you depart, once you have returned the apartment keys.

Our holiday experience in this apartment was one to remember for many years. The owner, Peter, supported us from initial contact and on throughout our holiday with regular texts, giving helpful day-trip advice. The on-site support was faultless with Jane who also contacted us during the holiday by phone to ensure all our needs were met. The accommodation was faultless, with every comfort provided to give the best holiday experience possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment on. Fantastic Apartment with excellent facilities and great local amenities. We spent a week here but our experience started before we arrived. Great communications from Peter and Helena during the booking process, tips and advice prior to departure and a meet and greet on arrival. Clean, well presented apartment with everything you would need, including underground parking and a wonderful patio/barbecue area. Only a short taxi ride to Tavira if no car. We will happily stay here again and have also booked the owners superb looking villa in Cyprus due to the quality and service experienced here. Happy to answer any questions.

Fantastic

What a beautiful apartment. From the date of booking two months before our stay Peter was in touch and so helpful. He phoned the night before our flight to answer any questions and wish us a great holiday. Jane ands Darren were on hand throughout our stay and were so lovely. The apartment had everything we needed and we made full use of the lovely patio and bbq. Air con is great but a lovely breeze keeps the place cool even in 35C heat! We pretty much had the pool to ourselves which was great. Wee pub and small shop for all essentials right across the road. Tavira town 25 min walk away but taxis were great if it was too hot to walk. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment.

It's Been Said Before But This Is Truly A Home Away From Home.

It's been said before but this is truly a home away from home. Relaxed, informal and caring. "Make yourself at home." . "Use what is available• You feel like you are using the home of a family friend. If there is one word to describe this apartment it is 'comfortable'. Well equipped, clean, secure, good shower, comfortable bed. Well located - a little away but close enough to Tavira and the beaches. We chose to go without a car and had no trouble with using taxis and trains to get around. Pool on grounds is not heated but refreshing on a hot day. Local restaurant 'Le Petit Chalet' offered wonderful meals and daily specials so cooking could be avoided. But kitchen was well equipped and terrace has a grill for those who prefer to cook at home. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back again soon ourselves.

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks in july and we loved every minute of it. The apartment is very well equiped with just everything you need for your holiday. It´s very spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything and more thereto. The patio, well there are no words for it!! We absolutely loved it! Used it every day. It´s exactly as beautiful as it looks on the pictures. Ok, the furniture are used for a couple of years, but are still great. The owners have even thought of providing you with everything you need for the beach, like chairs, (sun)umbrellas, cooler and so on. Very thoughtful! The only thing that wasn’t exactly working as advertised I would say was the wifi. The idea is to “piggyback” off of the nearby café/restaurant from the bedroom balcony. But even on the balcony the signal was very weak, and there is no wifi in the rest of the apartment. The pool was a big hit since we have two children. The first thing almost they said in the morning was: When are we going to the pool? So a swim before breakfast was quite nice. To have the car in a garage was perfect. Always cool when you start your trip. The owners Peter & Helena are so so helpful and pleasant with all the aspects in booking our holiday and they bend over backwards to help you out . This sounds like a fairytale, I know! BUT, this is how we feel! Next time, this is the first place we´re gonna check if it is available! To Peter & Helena, Thank you ever so much for everything!

Our second visit and loved the apartment both times. It is very well equipped and decorated to a high standard. The patio area is excellent for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine among the stunning plants. We also made use of the patio . We hired a car which enabled us to see more of the area. Lovely beaches for during the day and great restaurants for nighttime.

Brilliant Holiday

Would Definitely Return ( But Sadly We Have Bought Our Own )

We stayed at Peter & Helenas Beautiful apartment over xmas and new year, this place has absolutely everything that you could ever want to make your stay in Tavira something special, As it was a winter holiday and quite wet at times we did not use the green patio much but instead used the balcony off the main bedroom which caught the sun most of the day when it came out. You will also find that their friends Claire & Darren are a great help when you need to find things out. We found Peter & Helena to be so helpful and pleasant with all the aspects in booking our holiday and they will bend over backwards to help you out , as it says in the advert "it does what it says on the tin" George & Liz
