The Villa Set above a hidden tranquil bay near Tossa de Mar and is in a quiet cul-de-sac. In front of the villa there is a pleasant park with pinewood and palm trees, the villa is part of a small very quiet, exclusive development 5 minutes drive to beaches, restaurants, shops and beautiful countryside. Villa is located only 6 Km from the centre Tossa de Mar. The main villa, sleeping 4/5, has two bedrooms and a spacious well furnished living room with a sofa/bed for one more people , and with dining area, fully fitted kitchen, and 2 large terraces with barbecue. The villa near Tossa de mar has full central heating. There are two large car parking space in front and the back of the villa.
In addition we have a separate and independent STUDIO for two people to rent.

Wonder full Villa
By Jerry & Linda on 21-Aug-2021When we arrived Mr Sherzad was waiting for us and showed us around in the villa. The villa is very nice and the surrounding is lovely and quiet. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay in the house and area. I would recommend the villa, we want to thank Mr Sherzad and hope to see you back!

Une superbe vue, un environnement calme et paisible, des gens sympathiques dans le lotissement. Sherzad est vraiment charmant et toujours de bons conseils. Tout y est pour passer d'agréable vacances en couple ou en famille. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

By thirza luijten on 09-Aug-2018Very comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Huge terrace with lovely view. Kitchen supplied with all necessities. We lived the swimmingpool too, never very busy and again with an amazing view. One traveltip: bring mosquito repellent.
