This was absolutely the best holiday cottage I have stayed at. The owners were very helpful and friendly. It was equipped to the highest standard, very clean and comfortable and relaxing. The garden was safe and just perfect for my dog who spent a lot of time playing out there. The area was super quiet and peaceful, very close to the beach and with easy access to the A39 for travelling to lots of parts of Cornwall and Devon easily. There was one pub in the hamlet and also a small convenience shop not too far away. The local farm shop sold amazing pasties and was busy for eat in food so probably best to book a table. I would recommend this property to anyone. Cleanliness: exceptional Location: good Facilities: exceptional Views: good Value: good

Fabulous stay in this beautiful bungalow. It is ideally located for exploring Northern Cornwall & is probably the best equipped holiday let we have ever stayed in. There was nothing that wasn''t provided in the kitchen that we needed, which is very unusual & 2 or 3 of most things such as jugs, sieves, again very unusual. The owner was extremely helpful when we had to change our booking by a couple of days at the very last minute due to travel difficulties & also extremely responsive over a couple of very minor issues, sorted immediately. Can''t recommend this property enough Make up of party: Two adults and one dog Cleanliness: exceptional Location: exceptional Facilities: exceptional Views: good Value: exceptional

One of, if not the best, holiday cottage we have stayed in. Furnished and fitted to a very high quality with everything you need for a carefree break. Ample parking to the front for loading and unloading the car,and large secure garden at the back ideal for dogs. Situated in a quiet hamlet but only 3 miles from Boscastle and within easy drive to coast and beaches. Owners very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.
