Description
Grove Stables is a light and airy two-bedroom, self-contained annex attached to the owner's house, nestling in around 3 acres of park-like grounds in East Ruston (10 minutes' drive from local beaches).
SETTING
Pheasants, deer, hares, rabbits, squirrels, woodpecker, wagtails, barn owls and many more are frequent visitors to the main garden. There is ample parking and Grove Stables has its own private enclosed garden and patio where you can chill out over a glass of wine while listening to the birds. Visitors are welcome to walk around the large main garden.

Ground Floor
Large, high ceiling, double bedroom - Sealy kingsize bed, IKEA chair, drawers, wardrobe, hair dryer. Patio doors open onto secluded patio/garden. Travel cot available on request.
Bathroom - bath with thermostatic shower over and hand basin, separate WC & basin
Lounge - 2 x 2 seater settees, board games, Freeview TV, DVD player, Fibre to the premises broadband and Amazon firestick TV
Kitchen with dining area - dining table and 4 chairs, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. High chair available on request.
Utility room - washing machine, iron, ironing board.
First Floor
Second double bedroom - Sealy double bed, plenty of drawer and hanging space
En suite shower room - shower cubicle, thermostatic shower, WC and hand basin
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you will need to bring your own beach towels.
Visitors will find a comfortable and well equipped holiday home, where they can get away from the hustle and bustle of their daily lives and take a chance to relax. The property is heated by an air-source heat pump and is very cosy even in the winter.
LOCATION
The setting is rural but local sandy beaches, Norwich, the Norfolk Broads and East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden are all within easy reach by car. Country walks are easily accessible - right from the front gate. Nearest shops are in Stalham (3 miles away).
Nearby
If walking is your thing, there are country walks nearby (Weavers' Way), or alternatively the Norfolk Coast Path, not to mention the many public footpaths that crisscross the surrounding fields (larks are often heard singing above the fields). East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden is only minutes away by car (30 acres of beautiful gardens, plant sales and tea room).
Nearest shops - Stalham (Tesco, Cawdrons Butchers, Post Office), also A G Meale Farm Shop.
Local pubs - The Star at Lessingham, The Swan at Ingham and The Lighthouse Inn, Walcott
Broadland Fish & Chips in Stalham, Oasis 2 (curry) are well worth a try.
Cafe Charlotte in Stalham - great coffee, cakes and light meals.
If you fancy a day out there is much to see and do in Norwich and Cromer, see the seals at Horsey Gap, North Norfolk Railway - Sheringham to Holt and Bure Valley Railway - Wroxham to Aylsham, explore the Norfolk Broads - hire day boats from Stalham, Hickling, Potter Heigham, Wroxham or go on a guided Broads tour from Wroxham or Horning. Sandy beaches are only 2-3 miles away.

The owners live in the main house attached to Grove Stables, so are on hand to meet and greet/check-out plus answer any questions you may have during your stay.
