Villa Almoradi is a charming private family villa with Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi close to the old fishing port of Moraira. It is situated in Benitachell in the quiet residential complex of Villotel, approx. 3kms from the beautiful sandy beaches of El Portet and L’Ampolla Beach, Moraira.
The villa is in a horseshoe shape around the pool and offers panoramic mountain views with spectacular sunsets. There is a well established garden with several terraces providing a choice of places to enjoy a quiet read or siesta. A beautiful built-in BBQ area surrounded by lemon tree and palms is on a lower terrace with stone benches and table. There is plenty of choice of supermarkets and restaurants nearby and the nearest supermarket is approx. 500m from the villa.
The main living area features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings, television with UK Freesat channels and DVD player. A log burner is also provided for colder evening during out of season bookings and winter lets. The dining area has space for six diners and leads on to the kitchen which includes dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave and coffee machine. A small utility room at the back of the villa provides a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge. All of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes along with ceiling fans and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom (with walk in shower) and there are two further bedrooms with twin single beds and shared use of the second (family) bathroom (again with walk in shower).
The rear doors from the lounge lead out onto the pool terrace, down three steps. The pool terrace offers a good degree of privacy and includes a poolside shower adjacent to the pool, poolside dining table and chairs and six sun loungers.
Pool Size: 8m x 4m approx. (Pool Depth: 1.2m shallow end and 2.4m deep end)
Steps then lead down to the built in BBQ area with feature stone dining table and benches. The villa has a garage and private driveway for parking along with roadside parking.
