Description

Located in Central Costa Teguise just off Los Draggos this contemporary Canarian villa can host up to ten people, plus infants. Large swimming pool fully heated throughout the year with patio hot tub. The terrace plays host to some quality sun-lounging, for some playtime there is an indoor games room with pool table, fussball and darts. To have such a spacious villa you will not believe you are in the centre of Costa Teguise. Within a genuine 3 min walk there is a supermarket with delivery service if required and the first of the resorts many quality restaurants and bars. At this point you are facing the main beach road, 3 mins again to toes in the water.

We can offer any day of the week arrival and subject to a minimum of 7 nights can offer favourable nightly rates allowing you to pick the best flight times and pricing from your airport choice.

Over 2 floors Villa Catalana can be described a 2 family suites.
Ground floor: 1st-King bedroom and 2nd twin bedroom. Bathroom with walk in shower.
Upper floor: King bedroom and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. 2nd king bedroom. the 5th bedroom has twin beds. Large family bathroom with bath and shower.

Cots and high chairs are provided if required free of charge. Up to 2 free infant places can be booked in this property.

Pool/Patio: Fully heated 8/4m pool with both electrical and solar power heating all year round. Large patio hot tub. BBQ, Sun-beds & Beach towels.

Our rates table is based on the low season for a minimum of 4 persons and the high season a minimum of 8 persons. Extra persons £125 each. With main Peak, summer and the Xmas festive period full occupancy is charged.

Great villa. Well set out spacious property. Fantastic pool. 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Many restaurants close by.
