Villa Patrissia a beautiful villa with a large private pool, extensive terrace and garden area and distant sea views. The garden area is large boasting real grass and palms.

It's a 15 minute walk from the town and the beach, and less than 5 mins in a cab/car. The Villa is in a quiet location but still close to all amenities, with the nearest supermarket being 5 minutes away.

The pool is a large heated (28 degrees) with one side of the pool remaining shallow and separated but a wall inside making it perfect for those with small children or for those who just like to enjoy sitting in shallow water. There is pool table and large terraces with lots of space and a covered pergola for sun shade. There is plenty of outside seating for relaxing and and outside dinning area situated next to a large brick built BBQ.

The villa is spread out over two floors, the ground floor includes a dinning and living area which opens up to look onto the pool area. The kitchen has everything needed, and both windows open to allows you to enjoy views of the outside area whilst cooking. There is also one bathroom with a a shower on the ground floor as well as two bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor as well as the other bathroom/shower room.

Bedroom 1 - A double bedroom with a king size bed.
Bedroom 2 - A twin bedroom with two single beds as well as a small sofa area with a TV.

First floor Bedrooms
Bedroom 3 - A double bedroom with a king size bed and sliding doors that open up onto a balcony with a seating area and views of Montana Roja and to you left distant sea views. This room also has a large wardrobe area.
Bedroom 4 - A twin bedroom with two single beds and views of the mountains.

There is a weekly maid service and towel change, for stays over 12 nights, Small welcome pack provided, larger pack available for small charge. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Please note prices shown are a weekly rate for up to 4 persons with every extra person after that having £75 per week per person supplement.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking with the remainder of the booking amount to be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date. There is also a security deposit of £300 required and any damages incurred during your stay will be deducted and balance returned to you upon inspection .

Villa Patrissia has a sister Villa, Villa Bueno Vida which is situated right next door. For those who may be interested in booking both villas at the same time the interconnecting door in the garden area can be unlocked. When booked together they sleep up to 16 people.
