Description

BEACHSIDE VILLA IN THE SUN

Our villa is located at San Pedro Playa just a short walk (200m) from the blue flagged beach in a very quiet location with adequate car parking and privacy. Shops, bars, and restaurants are just a short walk and fashionable Puerto Banus is about 35 minutes' walk on the new beachside promenade or five minutes by car. The villa is furnished to a high standard and has marble floors throughout. There are five double bedrooms, Two bedrooms have double beds, two have twin beds and the fifth bedroom has bunks. Three bedrooms are ensuite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also an upstairs balcony and solarium.

The property is ideal for family holidays and very safe for children being completely enclosed by high walls.

The heated pool is approximately 8.5m by 4.5m, (28 ft by 15 ft.) and there is an excellent brick-built barbecue and bar in the garden.

There is also fast WiFi, satellite TV with SKY channels BBC 1- 4, ITV 1-4, Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish and Irish channels.

Amazing villa

Myself my family stayed here in April and we had an amazing time our very first family holiday abroad and we chose the right place to stay The pool was lovely and clean and a massive bonus of being warm (kids didn’t leave it) Plenty enough space for 10 of us Full equipped with everything we needed We are definitely staying again next year Thank you

Just want to say thank you, my family and I have had a wonderful weeks stay in your lovely villa. Your villa was homely, very comfortable, amazingly well equipped and in a great location. The pool was of course a major hit, we had difficulty getting my two grandsons out of it!
