A two bedroom, two bathroom detached villa with a private heated pool (November to March) and private parking. In the much sought after resort of Puerto del Carmen.
The villa is located on Calle Grecia, approximately 5 minute walk to the Beach, Shops and Restaurants and the popular strip of Avenida de las Playas, to the old town port and marina.
The detached private villa is well furnished to a very high standard. It offers everything that you could possibly need for a perfect relaxed break.
It has two spacious bedrooms, main bedroom with twin beds ; 2nd bedroom with twin beds, both bedrooms have access to 2 bathroom with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space in both bedrooms
Open plan lounge area leading to modern fitted kitchen with Island, Fitted dishwasher, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Full Oven, MicroWave and Breakfast Bar. Washing machine, outside drying area, iron and ironing board, Fridge/freezer, Microwave Free Internet access and Wi-Fi . British/ Irish TV channels including Sports channels are also available at no extra charge. All bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
Inside Dining area, equipped with table and chairs, leading to additional outside covered lounge area..
Garden, private heated swimming pool (heated Nov - March), long drive for private parking within the grounds of the villa, Outside additional seating area , BBQ , table , chairs and umbrella. 4 sunbeds

Had an absolutely fabulous holiday at this beautiful villa Located in a lovely quiet area yet within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and beach There is everything you need in the villa and the pool is wonderful Great communication with the owner Carolyn also
