The farmhouse is an extensive traditional 2 storey property. It can sleep up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms, kitchen / diner, dining room and utility room.

There is an amazing conservatory offering a 180-degree panoramic views over Balcary Bay, farmland, with the rolling Galloway hills along the coast and across to the fells of the Cumbrian Lake District in the distance.

There is a lovely garden to enjoy the outside, nature and great for dogs to run around in.

Living Rooms:
The Farmhouse has 2 sitting rooms. The front sitting room with window seats and views over the farmland to Balcary Bay, with a TV, and multi fuel burning stove, and leather settees.

The Panoramic Conservatory
The conservatory has stunning 180 degree views across the farmland to Balcary bay, over the Galloway hills and to the Lake District fells, with the Robin Rigg Wind turbines visible on a clear day. There is a telescope on a tripod that will enable guests to enjoy the view in more detail. Guests can watch the incredible wildlife and see out to the sea and beyond to the Lake District.

Kitchen & Dining Room:
The kitchen diner has plenty of storage space, double ovens, one gas and one electric, with an induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer. It has a dining table to seat 5 guests.

Upstairs Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
1 x King Sized Double En-suite, 1 x Twin, 1 x Single Bedroom & Family Bathroom:

1. Upstairs is the master double bedroom with a king sized double bed and distant seaview. There is a small en-suite with a wet room shower, toilet and sink, and fitted wardrobe space.
2. Twin bedroom with two single beds (velux window).
3. The single combed ceiling bedroom over looks the garden with a single bed and fitted wardrobe.

The family bathroom upstairs has a toilet, washbasin, bath with an overhead electric shower. The house has gas central heating.

Garden:
There is a good sized garden with patio / BBQ area, plenty of space for children and dogs to run about and play ball. Plenty of parking available for guests.
