We verify your identity and ownership of your property to maintain a secure website for holidaymakers. If you subscribe via credit card we do not store your credit card or payment information. We use information about you to fulfil our obligations to you to forward your details on to the holiday homeowner you wish to contact, or to comply with other legal or regulatory obligations. For example, when you contact an owner via our contact forms, we send that information to the holiday homeowner. We will only contact you as we have a legitimate interest in doing so because of our services provided to you. For example, you may receive emails from Simply Owners if you book with an owner in regard to payment protection or leaving a review of your stay. We will only contact you if we believe we have legitimate interest in doing so. When a subscription is paid for credit card numbers are encrypted and transmitted using at least 256 bit encryption to Stripe.

Holidaymaker bookings are made directly with property owners. Each property owner will have individual cancellation policies and local coronavirus information.
