With amazing views of Ingleborough/Yorkshire Dales, the Lakeland Fells, Morecambe Bay and spectacular sunsets over Arnside Knott, this impressive detached, ground floor and lower level property, nestles into the bed rock above the clear blue water of Jackdaw Quarry, which takes its name from the Jackdaws that roost there. The superb, large open-plan living area is most definitely the heart of this wonderful home, from where you are immediately drawn to the spectacular views beyond and when the large wide bi-fold doors are pulled back, the rear living space extends to the outdoors onto the spacious 25 m² decked verandah, making you feel part of this truly unique location. Apart from the stunning views, the living area offers plenty of comfortable seating from which to enjoy entertainment provided by a 47” Smart 3D TV with Freesat DVR recorder and 3D Blu-ray DVD player.
For dining, there is a large oak table to comfortably seat 6 and for al-fresco dining the main terrace has a large table, chairs and gas barbecue which plugs into the properties own LPG gas supply.
