Description

Hazelnut is a delightful, cosy hide-away an open plan living and sleeping area, it's perfectly designed for two. Hazelnut cottage has a peaceful, relaxing and romantic appeal.

The entrance opens into a luxurious custom built hardwood kitchen with an eye level oven and fridge. Through the hand carved ash folding doors you enter the main living area with a round table and chairs, comfy sofa, rugs and open fireplace. The cottage features high pitched ceilings, warm terracotta floor tiles, exposed beams and stone walls throughout. There are views out onto the courtyard on one side and on the other enticing glimpses of the valley below through medieval slit windows.

A heavy curtain divides the living room area from the peaceful sleeping area with its exquisite en-suite bathroom, which is reached through a hidden door in the wooden paneling. The bathroom although compact features oak paneling with clean ivory coloured tiling and has a low sided bath with overhead shower. The king size bed has an orthopedic mattress and Egyptian cotton bedding.

All our cottages have superior craftsmanship and invoke a feeling of natural luxury. Together with our exacting standards and attention to detail we ensure that Hazelnut offers guests a truly relaxing and pleasurable experience. All our cottages have outperformed their star ratings and been awarded gold by Visit England in recognition of exceptional quality, we have also been awarded Gold by Green Tourism for our environmental efforts.

We supply free firewood, spring water on tap, complimentary cake made here on the farm by Cotswold Baking, award winning locally produced granola and fresh cut flowers from our garden (when seasonally available). All cottages have picnic hampers, BBQ's, Smart TV's, soundbars, DAB Roberts radios and superfast WiFi. Set in 70 acres of beautiful woodland and meadows perfect for walks, Heath Farm has a magical charm and is the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate and recharge your soul. We also have a games lawn and games room for those who need to stay active!

We accept bookings starting on any day of the week except Sundays and bank holidays. Short stays available throughout the year but we always recommend a week as it's far better value and no-one has ever stated they stayed too long!
