Lovely Views

By Elizabeth on 01-Apr-2025

We had a lovely stay in Andrew's cottage. Communication was great. It was just as described, spotlessly clean, warm, very comfortable and an easy short stroll from the centre of Dartmouth. Lovely views from the front across the town. Comfy beds and a very nice kitchen to cook in. There is a terrace at the front for al fresco meals, although the weather was a bit chilly for that during our stay. We managed to park a short walk away. As mentioned in the details there are steps and a slope up to the cottage, and it was set over three floors. Not a problem for our family, and very typical for Dartmouth. We would happily stay there again.

Real old town heart of Dartmouth

By Cathy on 01-Dec-2025

Truly felt like we were staying in the real old town heart of Dartmouth, just a few steps away from Dartmouth’s oldest pub the warm, cosy Seven Stars. Andrew’s place had all we wanted for our stay and was spotless, we couldn't fault it !

A lovely house, so well eqquiped and comfortable. We arrived to fresh flowers on the table, milk in fridge and really useful things in the cupboards to get started. We all slept well, loved the balcony, shower and location. Dartmouth is wonderful. Andrew was hrlpful and communicative proir to and during our stay. We found a parking space and left the car there as there was plenty to do . We would definitely stay again in this lovely home.

Relaxing

By Dan on 01-Oct-2025

We had a lovely couple of days in Dartmouth, which is a very picturesque town. The location was fantastic, being a 5 minute walk from shops, cafés, pubs and the harbour. The house was very spacious for 5 of us, with comfy beds and a large kitchen, dining room and lounge. We found a parking space a 10 minute walk away and left the car there for our stay as the places we visited were easy to access by walking, ferry and bus. We had a very relaxing time and would definitely return in the future.

Wonderful

By Anna on 01-Jun-2025

We have just had the most wonderful stay at this house in Dartmouth for a family wedding. It was perfect for our needs- spacious with plenty of space for gathering together- particularly loved the decked area to the front of the house. The beds were comfortable and the linen soft and clean. The shower was powerful with loads of hot water. Andrew was a perfect host, responding to messages really quickly and we were only a short walk from the centre of beautiful Dartmouth. Would love to book this house again.

Immaculately clean, decking was a fantastic addition

By Melanie on 01-May-2025

We had a fantastic week staying at Andrew’s place. The house is exactly as the listing and immaculately clean. The level of the furnishings was superb with everything you could think that you might need. The decking was a fantastic addition which made our very sunny week extra special. The property is along a narrow street but we had no problems stopping outside to unpack the car before heading up to one of the free parking spaces suggested by Andrew. Once parked we didn’t use the car as everything was so easy and nearby. We highly recommend Andrew’s property, you won’t be disappointed and we would definitely return. Top marks!
