A gem of a property
By Ronald on 12-Apr-2024Service5.0There are no negatives at Hope House, from location to quality fixtures and fittings. This lovely home was immaculately clean upon arrival and has the added bonus of a very helpful neighbour who made parking so much easier.
Lovely house
By N/A on 27-Aug-2023We had a lovely stay here. Everything we needed (though a travel hairdryer would have been a bonus). Great to have done books, games and DVDs, though we didn’t need them as the weather was good. Great location.
Extremely comfortable home from home in convenient location for Cowes

The kitchen is well kitted out with absolutely everything anyone could need to cook anything from a simple snack to a full blown meal. The house is clean and extremely comfortable with a nice sized lounge and small outside seating area. Beds are comfortable with additional fans, heaters, blankets to allow for every individual need. Location is great for East Cowes, a short minute or so walk down to the chain ferry for getting into the main town of Cowes. Property has an off road parking space which is always good! Island Holiday Homes were the best hosts, assisting with ferry tickets, etc. before we went and then helping with some items that we thought we'd left in the home. Would use again next time we are on on the Isle of Wight and totally recommend.

By William Webster on 27-Jul-2025Really enjoyed our stay in Hope cottage.... Can see us staying again! Much thought had been given to everything we needed and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Convenient for all shops... Waitrose and co-op, close to ferry terminal to Southampton and chain ferry to West Cowes. Didn't bother to go out in our car..left it in drive all holiday and walked and caught buses!
