By Mike Jones on 29-May-2026The owners have thought of everything people need whilst staying and then added more. Excellent roomy accommodation well laid out and spotlessly clean. A nice quiet site well positioned for East Devon beaches, main towns and cities. A great location to explore Devon. Parking outside your accommodation and a nice patio area overlooking the green with views as far as Exeter and Topsham. We highly recommend.
A great find in Devon
By Escape260230 on 29-May-2026We have just spent 5 days in a premier 4 cottage. The location is great as Exeter, Exmouth and Sidmouth are only a short drive away. The cottages all surround a central green area with a play park. The cottage was spotless on arrival and had all we needed for a perfect stay. The kitchen was modern and dishwasher a great help. Although we arrived in a heatwave the bedrooms were cool. There was a fan provided if needed. The owners were on site and very friendly. The whole thing works so well for us as a family of 4. We will definitely be coming back !!
Lovely place to stay
By Jac P 1 on 15-May-2026I've stayed here many times and I'm always impressed with how clean the cottages are including the contents of the draws and cupboards! There is a lovely central grassy area to play on and a very high quality climbing frame with a slide and swings for the children. I like being able to park the car directly outside the cottage which makes unloading all my luggage much easier. The road links from the site are good for exploring the area in all directions and there is an information centre inside the laundry room with lots of leaflets on things to do and places to visit. There is even a bus stop within easy walking distance from the site exit. Sally and Curtis are very friendly and always keeping the cottages and grounds looking their best.

By KarenB4862 on 06-Oct-2025This place continues to impress. We try to visit annually and are never disappointed, There is so much here which is outstanding! The hosts (Sally, Curtis and Helen) are friendly and helpful, always on hand to chat and give advice but never intrusive so you can enjoy a relaxed holiday at your own place. The site is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The lodges are spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen and the comfiest beds you can find! A good night's sleep is guaranteed as you are away from noisy traffic and bright lights. The excellent location makes trips out easy and we would never look to stay anywhere else if we are visiting this area.
Wonderful accommodation at Alpine Park Cottages
By Cindy R on 14-Sep-2025We had a lovely time when we stayed at Alpine Park Cottages. The accommodation was excellent, probably the best we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean from the utensils and cooking pans to all the furnishings. We can't fault it at all. Curtis and Sally were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The Park itself was very peaceful and kept immaculate. I would recommend staying at Alpine Parks Cottages and would happily visit again if down that way.
Family Holiday

As usual, the cottages were immaculately prepared, with Curtis ready to answer any query. The children enjoyed playing on the green. We had several large family dinners outside enjoying the warm weather. We'll be back!
