Each bedroom has an en-suite (one is a full bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, the other is a wet-room style shower room). The open-plan living, dining and kitchen space boasts solid oak flooring, with the kitchen benefiting from Bosch appliances and white quartz worktops.
Penprys Bach benefits from level access throughout, two walk-in showers and easy access to the fully enclosed private patio garden. Please see our website for Penprys Bach’s Access Statement.
Penprys Bach offers free Full Fibre broadband, with guaranteed 100MB download speed. The living room has a Belkin Bluetooth speaker with wireless mobile phone charging. Both bedrooms have alarm clocks with wireless and USB phone charging.
On a rainy day or of an evening, why not snuggle up on the sofa to watch the Ultra HD Smart TV with built-in Freesat.

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
LOUNGE: Open plan living with a comfy sofa, Ultra HD smart TV with built-in Freesat, selection of games & books and a Belkin Bluetooth speaker with wireless phone charger.
KITCHEN: The kitchen has every item you will need, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a Tassimo Happy coffee machine.
DINING AREA: Dining table and chairs with seating for four people.
MASTER BEDROOM: 5’ king bed, seating area, Freeview TV with DVD player and an en-suite bathroom.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM: A large bath with shower attachment, toilet, sink and walk-in shower cubicle.
BEDROOM 2: This bedroom can be configured with either one 5’ king bed or two 2’6” single beds. (Please let us know on booking how you require this room). Freeview TV with DVD player, en-suite shower room and a utility cupboard.
EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM: Large walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
UTILITY CUPBOARD: Contains a washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, etc.
PATIO GARDEN: The fully enclosed, level, south facing garden is accessed directly from the living room. This wonderfully sunny space is planted with a variety of herbs and comes with rattan patio furniture and a barbecue for guests to enjoy.
EV CHARGER: A dual socket 7kWh Project EV car charger is provided (cable not supplied). Chargeable via app. Please let us know if you will be coming in an electric vehicle so that we can give you further information about charging at Hendre Barns.
DOGS WELCOME: Two well behaved dogs are welcome, for a fee of £25 per booking, but must be kept on leads due to the presence of livestock at Hendre Barns.
