Description

Swallows Nest is a conversion of a lovely gothic Victorian coach house located in peaceful surrounding with over 80 acres of private grounds in the heart of the national park leading on to spectacular Lakeland walks.

With glimpses of Lake Windermere and the distant fells from the top floor windows, the famous Tarn Hows is just a short walk away.

The entrance to Swallows Nest is located at the back of the coach house, where there is a shared deck area with table and chairs.

The internal layout of Swallow Nest has an ensuite bedroom on the ground level and the main bedroom with large ensuite bathroom and the lounge / dining area and open plan fully fitted kitchen are located on the first floor.

Both bedrooms have a king-size bed that can be made up as double or twin upon request.
There is also the option to sleep an additional guest using the pull out bed settee in the lounge. There is an additional shower & w.c located off the lounge.

This is a pet-friendly accommodation, but please note that pets are not allowed on soft furnishings. Please bring your own pet blanket / bed.
