Home Farm Holiday Cottages is a well established business with multiple cottages all in the pretty coastal village of Weybourne. On the Home Farm site we have a lovely indoor heated pool, games room, play area, mini gym, laundry, gardens and The Beauty Room for some holiday pampering. Each cottage is tastefully decorated, EETB 4 Stars, and fully equipped for you to enjoy a fantastic holiday. We have two bedroom cottages sleeping just couples up to four people, and larger three bedroom houses/barns sleeping 5, 6 and 7 guests. Some properties have en suites, some are all ground floor ideal for toddlers and guests who are less mobile and five of the twenty cottages we have take a dog. There really is a property for everyone! If you visit our web site you can see each one including full photos and floorplan.
Within walking distance of each cottage is Weybourne's beach, a wonderful village shop serving frothy coffees and gorgeous cakes, Bunties Tea Room ideal for a cooked breakfast or takeaway seafood platter, and our local excellent pub, The Ship. The village also has two churches, the North Norfolk Steam Railway and the Muckleburgh Military Museum. We are only 3 miles from Sheringham with sandy beaches, and 3 miles of pretty Holt. Locally there are some lovely walks (or runs!) from our doorstep - the beautiful 3 mile coastal path from Weybourne to Sheringham is a must regardless of your age plus lovely heathland walks through Sheringham Park. For children there are of course great beaches all along our coast. Plus close by the Steam Railway, Dinosaur Park, the amazing Pensthorpe with Rootz play area, Bewilderwood, Wroxham Barns, Blakeney Seal Trips. Simple beach days and crabbing all a must! Stately Homes such as Felbrigg, Blickling, Holkham and Sandringham. Fabulous churches, bird reserves, and great shopping at Holt.
Fantastic stay at Pegedys
By Naomi Hawkins on 27-Sep-2018
We had a fantastic stay at Pegedys - thank you Sally for your warm welcome! We were really impressed with the accommodation and the facilities and my daughters especially loved the swimming pool and play park. The detailed information pack in the cottage was really helpful too. Hope to be back soon!
We love this place. It has everything.

We love this place. It has everything.
The cottages are beautifully converted from farm buildings, but in such a way that they feel homely and welcoming rather than stuffy. You feel as though you are on holiday as soon as you arrive.
There is plenty for everyone to do: toys for the children, books games and DVDs if it rains, of course the indoor pool, and a superb play area outside if it's sunny. The nearby beach is a joy -- we prefer it to some of the more touristy ones along the coast, and The Ship pub is great as well, although you need to book ahead! There are loads of things to do in the surrounding area, all detailed in the information folder that comes with each cottage -- we always feel as though we've only scratched the surface.
The cottages are well supplied with cooking equipment, and safety equipment if you have small people tottering around. We brought the family this year and stayed in Plover and Lapwing -- Lapwing was a brilliant place for everyone to meet for meals and Plover was ideal for a family of four.
We are already looking forward to coming back next year...

Another return visit to Home Farm holiday Cottages for a mid week break. We particularly love the location, swimming pool, games room and the cottages.
Just a stroll from the beach and very close to the North Norfolk railway.
Sally is very helpful and really looks after her guests too!
We will be back again..
Been using Home Farm for years and will continue to do so

Home Farm came recommended to us when my husband and I decided to take our adult daughter on holiday as a treat. We started with Driftway, with its two bedrooms, each en suite and this was perfect. Life changed when I broke my hip in 2007 and Home Farm kindly moved our booking over to Naroogal because it had a wet room on the ground floor .. many happy holidays were taken there. Then Flintstone Barn joined the Home Farm, and we found our third home from home. We cannot recommend the Barn and Home Farm highly enough - they offer a level of customer service that one rarely encounters nowadays. The facilities are excellent - you have to love the pool, the games room and the gym, and with the addition of the beauty room (we have yet to try) I think it is pretty much the whole package. We love it and we'll be back.
Excellent centre for all age groups
By Bizzilizzistony on 27-May-2016
We travelled as grandparents with our son, daughter-in-law and two young grandchildren (2 years and 5 months). We stayed in Old Flint Barn which was excellent in every way and met our needs perfectly. The indoor swimming pool was a great success and we had it to ourselves on all but one occasion. The outdoor children's play area was also a big hit. Weybourne is well situated and we had days out in Cromer, Sherringham and Wells - all within easy reach. Beach at West Runton was great for crabs and rock pools. Also had a great day out at Pensthorpe nature reserve - well worth the drive. Sally was great - very helpful and cheerful. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely wonderful stay- don't hesitate to book!

We had carefully looked for somewhere to spend the bank holiday weekend with our two toddlers aged 1 and 3 and this one seemed perfect. We were not disappointed. It truly was a home away from home and took the stress away from holidaying with two little ones. We stayed in Fleet Cottage which had two bedrooms and was all on one floor, perfect for us. Upon arrival, Sally had already equipped the cottage with a highchair and cot and quickly offered a bed guard too, amazing! I took advantage of the beauty room on site and had a facial and massage on sat which was lovely and very reasonably priced. We used the indoor swimming pool too, very clean and nice and warm for little ones! We borrowed dvds both evenings for when the little ones were in bed and there was a supply of sticks if you wanted to light a fire. There's a village shop and bar/restaurant a few mins walk away. Shop has all the essentials and people are lovely. We had a drink in the bar on the Sat and tried to book for dinner to no avail so do book if you want to dine at the weekend. We did manage to get a booking for Sun Eve but it was very disappointing and totally in contrast to everything I'd heard and read about it- maybe I was just unlucky. Bound to be worth a try though! The only thing I would say to anyone coming with little ones, bring a travel black out blind as there are no blinds on the windows and my kids got up with the sun which is only going to get earlier the further into spring summer we get!
Narroogal - fantastic holiday cottage for young families
By Katherinious on 20-Mar-2016
We have just returned from a wonderful week at Narroogal. This cottage is really well appointed, there isn't anything missing that will leave you thinking 'why haven't they provided this?'. The cottage is spacious and comfortable, and great for families with young children - our boys particularly enjoyed playing with the big box of lego that we borrowed from the games room. The wood burner was used every night, making the whole place lovely and toasty. We arrived rather exhausted and slept so well all week - really comfy beds! The facilities are superb and brilliant for families with young children. Ours (almost 2 and just turned 4) loved the play area and the swimming pool. The swimming pool deserves a special mention - it was beautifully clean and warm on every visit, and it's a great size too. The best part for us was all of the information provided by Sally and Paul. I don't think we've ever received such a useful welcome folder - it was our bible for the week when it came to planning activities, day trips and meals out! We feel really lucky to have found such a great place in a really lovely part of England. We easily filled our week with days out and days closer to home. I think you could easily stay here for 2 weeks and not see or do everything. I have no doubts that we will be back at some point in the future, and in the meantime we will be recommending it to all of our friends! Thanks again, we had a wonderful week :-)
So fantastic we are already looking to book again!

We have just got back from our stay at Home Farm, Weybourne. We stayed in the Flinstone Barn which sleeps 6 people, it was absolutely fantastic! The cottage was so well equipped, clean and tidy. The bathrooms looked like they were newly fitted. The whole cottage felt so homely, they had provided books, board games, dvds and a booklet full of local information. We had a log burner which was used every night and made the whole cottage nice and cosy! The local pub, The Ship Inn, is literally 2 minutes walk away and serves delicious food. But the cottage was so spacious and well equipped we did eat in most nights as it was so easy to relax. The location was brilliant, with so much to do in the area for all ages we were spoilt for choice! We would recommend if anyone stays here to take a boat trip from Blakeney to see the seals (as recommended by Home Farm in their helpful booklet; thank you!!). We enjoyed our stay so much we are looking to see when we are free next year to come again!
