With its large garden and breathtaking countryside and sea views beyond, Little Forelands offers a private retreat with a gated entrance and ample parking for up to three cars.The stunning garden at the rear of the house boasts sea views and features a heated, fenced outdoor swimming pool—perfectly safe for younger family members. Enjoy relaxing in one of the two outdoor seating areas, one equipped with comfortable sofas and the other with loungers by the poolside, ideal for soaking up the Island sunshine. Plus, Forelands Beach is just a quarter of a mile away, and the popular Crab and Lobster pub/restaurant is within short walking distance.
This spacious home comfortably sleeps ten across two floors, with three bedrooms conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access. The elegant sitting room, with views of the garden, is perfect for family gatherings, offering plenty of soft seating and even a grand piano for those who love to play. A large conservatory overlooks the garden, and a cosy snug room with a television provides a great space for kids to unwind and watch their favourite films.

Please note: The swimming pool is available for use from the beginning of May until the end of September. The grass tennis court is available between the beginning of June and the end of August, subject to weather conditions. The open fire in the sitting-room is ornamental and not for guests' use.

Fantastic Stay
By Jackie on 16-Jun-2025We stayed here for a week, there were 8 adults and 1 child. The house was perfect for the amount of people we had. The house its self was slightly dated but had plenty of room for us all, and of course the garden was the absolute highlight. We made use of the swimming pool, tennis court most days and there was also a BBQ to enjoy. The location was also beautiful, just a short walk to the beach and a lovely pub in close distance. Also close to bigger attractions, it was spot on. Would we come back? Yes we would! It was ideal for what we needed and all of us had a great time.

By N/A on 03-Aug-2025Lovely family home that suited four generations. Enjoyed pool and garden very much. Good bedding especially pillows and summer quilts. Liked how rooms open into each other but able to sit together or separately as needed. Short stroll to beach or village. Good parking. Would come back again!
A lovely house with everything you could want
By N/A on 31-May-2025Really enjoyed our week in a beautiful setting. Bedrooms were spacious with lovely bedding and towels. Living areas were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need.. Outside area was amazing with plenty of seating and the pool was an added bonus. The children ran around all day in a safe environment. We were lucky enough to have good weather so we made really good use of the garden and pool.
