A delightful two bedroom bungalow situated in the village of Churchstow. The market town of Kinsbridge is only two miles away and contains many shops, cafes and a new sports centre. Churchstow is only six miles away from the sailing mecca of Salcombe. It is ideally placed for sandy beaches at Thurlestone and Hope Cove and for exploring Dartmoor. For golfers there are first class courses at Bigbury and Thurlestone. The fine old town of Dartmouth is nearby with it's interesting shops and buildings. Panoramic views of surrounding countryside and Salcombe.
Kitchen: With an electric cooker an extractor fan, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, dishwasher and a breakfast bar. It overlooks the rolling Devon countryside.
Lounge: Includes a SmartTV and DVD player as well as dining table with chairs, a three seater and a two seater reclining sofas, southerly facing the Devon countryside.
Bathroom: Coloured suite with an electric shower over bath.
The bungalow benefits from Wi- fi and Telephone facility as well as bath and hand towels that are placed in every bedroom.
Bedroom 1:Colour co-ordinated with fitted wardrobes and dressing table, a King size bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and a colour TV with built in DVD player.
Bedroom 2: Colour co-ordinated with two wardrobes, three single beds, bedside cabinets and a colour TV and built in DVD player. It has a french windows leading onto a secure private back patio.
A booking is completed once the booking firm is completed, signed and returned together with a £50 deposit. Provisional telephone bookings must be confirmed within 5 working days of the telephone call. For bookings made less than six weeks before arrival, the total amount is due.
Length of Stay:
The periods of stay will run from Saturday to Saturday inclusive, and it is expected that the bungalow will be vacated not later than 10am on the Saturday morning. Keys may be collected from 2.30pm on the Saturday afternoon at the start of the stay.
All cancellations must be notified in writing. In the event of a cancellation of a booking, for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited. In addition, when a provisional booking has been confirmed, the tenant is responsible for the total rent and is due for payment six weeks prior to commencing the holiday. If we are able to re-let the property, a refund will be paid.
