Groom's Cottage is a beautiful little cottage, within a very neat front garden, in very quiet surroundings that has everything anyone would need for a short break. Mrs Brown's care, attention to detail and homely touches (and welcoming gifts) made for a lovely stay. The cottage is centrally located for some of the Lake District's major attractions and Penrith is a short drive away. All in all a beautiful cottage well worth the money.
