Green Dragon Cottage is in a secluded location on a private footpath amongst the half timbered buildings of Lower Corve Street, and with all the attractions of Ludlow’s historic town centre only a short walk away, yet just a few minutes from the rail station, supermarkets and open countryside.

ACCOMMODATION
Dining Kitchen
A ‘stable door’ entrance beneath a covered porchway opens into the well equipped dining kitchen, that has a comprehensive range of equipment including electric oven and hob with extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine, together with a dishwasher, washing machine and steam iron with ironing board.
There is a marble topped dining table with oak dining chairs.

Living Room
The cosy living room features an exposed stone wall and ceiling beams with the original inglenook housing an electric log-effect stove. There is an armchair and a very comfortable sofa to sink into and a wall mounted 40” flat screen ‘Smart’ TV plus a Bluetooth-enabled Ruark sound system, together with a selection of CD’s. The room is furnished with oak coffee and console tables and a bookcase loaded with a good selection of books, maps and board games.
Green Dragon Cottage has Ultrafast full fibre internet access direct to the property.

Bedroom One
The main bedroom overlooks the courtyard and adjacent gardens, and has a Double frame bed with Hypnos mattress complete with luxury duvet*, comfy pillows and Egyptian cotton bed linen. A chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe provide clothes storage and there are wall mirrors and a hair dryer is also provided.
*Hypoallergenic duvets can be provided upon request.

Bedroom Two
The second bedroom has a Single frame bed and Hypnos mattress and is also complete with luxury duvet*, comfy pillows and Egyptian cotton bed linen. There are two bedside units and a built in wardrobe for storing your holiday clothing.

Bathroom
The newly installed/contemporary bathroom features a walk-in shower with Grohe fittings, and a wall-mounted vessel washbasin with large mirror over and storage drawers beneath. There is an Ideal Standard WC together with a heated towel rail.

OUTDOORS
Green Dragon Cottage has an attractive stone-flagged courtyard with wall planters and raised borders stocked with seasonal flowering plants, together with a character bench seat and rattan armchairs, all with cushions for sitting and enjoying the peace and seclusion, perhaps with a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
