Description
Primrose cottage is a barn conversion, with a beamed open plan living area upstairs and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Primrose cottage sleeps up to 5 plus 1 cot.FIRST FLOOR
The front door opens from the balcony into the kitchen and living area.
The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a dining table and chairs with space for 6, comfy sofas, a smart TV and DVD. The washing machine, tumble dryer in our laundry and washing lines are available for guest use.
Stairs (note these are fairly steep and narrow) go up to a mezzanine floor with double bed. A staircase with a gate leads down to ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR
There is a hallway which leads to the bedrooms and shower room. There is a small bedroom with a single bed (smaller than standard bed). The double bedroom at the back of the cottage looks onto the quiet courtyard. Primrose has a shower room with walk in shower.
Outside, Primrose has a balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the pool area.
Primrose is part of a small holiday complex with 10 cottages sleeping between 2 and 11. On site we have shared facilities including an outdoor pool (open Easter-end September), hot tub, tennis court, play area and games room.
Just a 10 minute drive from Bude or Widemouth Bay, Primrose cottage is an idea base for exploring North Cornwall, North Devon and further afield.

Primrose Cottage
By Katy on 01-Apr-2025We had a great week here. The facilitates at the farm were great for all age children. My 4,6 and 9 year old loved the pool and hot tub and tennis court. It was great value for money and we will definitely book again. We were very lucky with the weather and it felt like we were abroad. The local town of Bude was great, lots to do and beautiful beaches.
