LOVELY MODERN SPACIOUS BUNGALOW --- on this lovely quiet complex of properties near the beach. Well equipped property with everything you could need for your holiday.
It is fantastic to have the Swimming Pool just a few steps from the property !! Ideal to relax and enjoy time here, after days out at the beach etc. ...... It is ideal to be able to just pop back to the property to get a drink or a snack, while relaxing at the pool.
PLEASE NOTE : The swimming is open + Heated from May Half Term week - until September
LARGE LOUNGE / DINING SPACE --- with large flat screen TV, freeview, plenty of comfortable seating, patio doors to patio area and Swimming Pool.
FULLY FITTED KITCHEN ... with Washing Machine, Oven + hob, Microwave, Large Fridge freezer. Plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, pots etc.
FAMILY BATHROOM .... freestanding bath, separate large shower enclosure, wc, basin and mirror.
FAMILY BEDROOM .... with double bed and bunk beds, double wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lamps.
DOUBLE BEDROOM .... double bed, double wardrobe, mirror, bedside lighting.
Please Note : The 2 Double beds will be made up for you on arrival. If the bunk beds are needed, then please let us know. There is a small extra charge for the bunk beds being made up for you
This really is one of the best locations in Mawgan Porth ..... lovely quiet area, ideal to enjoy precious family time together.
There is parking on the complex, so no need to struggle to park at the beach. You can just stroll around to the beach / pub etc. -- without the hassle of driving and trying to park at the beach.
This really is the perfect holiday location.
PLEASE NOTE - This property would normally sleep 4 guests with 2 double beds made up .... but this property can sleep up to 6 guests if needed, with bunk beds made up aswell .... small extra charge if more than 4 guests are staying.
We can accept 1 dog at certain times ...... there are certain conditions when bringing a dog .... so please contact us before booking regarding this. There is also a small charge as our cleaning company does extra vacuuming and cleaning after a dog ..... incase other guests have allergies ....... so this is really important to let us know.
Guests have use of the whole property ...... this is a very private space and relaxed for our guests.
There is a communal outdoor swimming pool, and tennis courts on site, aswell as parking. The perfect place to enjoy your holiday together.
Other things to note
This is a great area of Cornwall, the ideal location just a few miles from Newquay, and not far from Padstow. There are so many amazing places to visit nearby. Mawgan Porth beach is literally just around the corner -- amazing beach location.
There are so many amazing locations to visit, Lands End, St Ives, Padstow, Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, so many Castles and Gardens to explore and enjoy. The National Trust have so many exciting places to explore.

Another Quick Stay here ..... as we were flitting through the area !
By Julia on 09-Apr-2026We have stayed at this wonderful property several times now ..... and we have just loved our extra quick fleeting stay for a few nights .... while we were visiting Padstow for our neice's wedding ...... which is only a short drive away We have booked a longer stay in the summer and cant wait to visit Mawgan Porth again ..... our favourite beach location xxxx xxxx
Absolutely Fantastic Beach Location !
By Jeff on 06-Feb-2026Absolutely loved our stay here at Europa Court, Mawgan Porth. This property is literally just around the corner from the beach / local pub / restaurants shops etc! This is so wonderful to be able to pop around the corner to the pub or beach. The property itself is much more spacious than other properties at Europa Court. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. We loved it and didnt want to leave. The perfect beach property. We will be back soon

Unbeatable location by the beach !!!!
By Melissa on 01-Aug-2025In great location, nice safe friendly complex- just a few niggles the bedroom was a bit noisy as the pump from swimming pool which is in a room close. It certainly didnt bother me but husband is a light sleeper. Had all things needed for a nice holiday ! John the site manager was nice and friendly, would stay again and recommend. Top tip - if you want to eat out book restaurants in advance or you will be at the chippy a lot like us although it was lovely ! Thanks Jane for allowing us to stay xxx

By Damian on 23-May-2025Extremely helpful and communicative host, very clear instructions left nothing to be concerned about prior to and on arrival. You could not be nearer to the beach or the village ameneties, being one of the closest properties to them. The bungalow itself was spotless with clear instructions to everything and a host who will answer any little query straight away. If you love Mawgan Porththen this has to be the place for you !
Accommodation was just perfect !
By Rebecca on 15-Aug-0025The accommodation was perfect for our family of 6, and had everything you could need. The pool was a bonus for the children, and the complex is well kept and looked after. The location couldnt be better, right next to the beach and the local shops and eateries. Jane was a super host with great communication and helpful information and instructions. In short the accommodation was perfect and in a beautiful part of the world. Will definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again soon.

Bungalow is perfectly located and made a real difference having the pool area to relaxin as well as the gorgeous beach in Mawgan Porth. Bungalow is well equipped with all that you could need and the towels and bedding were all all good quality. Absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay other than it wasnt long enough !
