Our stay here was just wonderful! With a 10min walk to the beach (we had a toddler, so it may be faster!), we spent a very happy week here. The property is well equipped and of high standard. It was clean and well cared for. Leading up to our stay the owner contacted us to make sure we knew where everything would be. I would highly recommend this cottage, not only for the location and the quality of where we stayed, but on the care and attention shown to us by the owner. We look forward to coming back next year!!!
All amazing as ever, we've had a brilliant time, hopefully back in the summer.
My husband, our two year old daughter and I stayed in New cottage for three nights in early June. The cottage was beautiful, immaculately clean, and there was even a fire built for us in the wood burner so we just had to light it and relax on the first evening. The kitchen was fully equipped; there was even baby plates and cutlery, and the owners had left us a lovely bottle of red wine on the dining table as a treat. The beds are comfy and the black out blinds were amazing and meant we slept so well! There is a cot and high chair so we didn't need to bring ours from home which was so helpful. The cottage has a pretty garden, use of a ping pong table, swings and zip wire, and the local beach is 10 minutes walk or 3 mins drive. There's several good restaurants, a fish and chip shop, a grocery store and some cafes within walking distance too, although the hill is steep on the walk home! The cottage is perfectly located for visiting the Eden project and Lost Gardens of Heligan and close to Newquay, Padstow and many other lovely beaches. We highly recommend this cottage and hope to stay there again soon
