Beachside in Bembridge is situated just yards from the beach this stunning ‘New England’ style house enjoys fabulous sea views and gardens leading onto the beach.Tastefully furnished, this spacious and luxurious home is perfect for families who love beach life and water activities and who are looking for that little extra something special. The open plan living area opens via bi-folding doors to a terrace which overlooks the gardens and the sea beyond, perfect for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, dinner and evening drinks while the kids play in large garden, which is enclosed with a fence and secured from the waterfront by a gate.
A ground floor King-size bedroom, supported by a ground floor shower room provides facilities for those with mobility needs and of the three remaining bedrooms on the first floor, two also have en-suite facilities. The 4th bedroom is set up with a day bed, which can extend to a double bed.
Panoramic sea views are enjoyed from the principal bedrooms, which boast covered balconies.
Beach Side is situated in a quiet lane and is just a short walk to the convenience stores at Lane End, with a variety of other shops including a bakery and butchers, together with pubs and cafes in the pretty and popular village centre of Bembridge.

Another fantastic break at Beach Side
By Julie on 28-Jun-2025It’s becoming our home from home. Our 7th visit here and have next year booked already. Nice to see a new fridge/freezer and other things we mentioned previously have been rectified. Never tire of the views and the sunrises are amazing.

Another stay - lost count how many times we've been but location still wow factor

(October stay usually stay August) Before this stay we were slightly concerned for our stay because of the recent slightly negative reviews as to be honest we had noticed over the years some minor decoration/ upkeep issues (these at the time were more of a frustrating issue than an interuption to our stay) . On arrival we found the property very clean & tidy & also more organised . Look its simply the best location on the Island ! Its 5 stars all day long as the location sells the whole place - You will not be disappointed !! To be fair to the negative reviews areas that do need possible attention (only because we've stayed in numerous properties) Hangers in the wardrobes - replace with wooden style ones that keep with the luxury feel , the anti slip bath mats are old & stained & some of the utensils along with the baking trays etc need replacing .
