Our BRAND NEW, privately owned luxury holiday home is situated on the beautiful grounds of Parkdean Resort’s Newquay Holiday Park. The park boasts outdoor heated swimming pools with children's water slides and lifeguards, convenience store, amusement arcade, launderette, entertainment venue, bar and grill, golf pitch and putt, children's soft play area & outdoor play area and dog walking area. Passes can be purchased by guests at reception to use the pool and other facilities. Our stylish home is located on Willows Way which can be described as one of the more exclusive areas on the site and is only a short walk to the pools, reception, bar, Costa coffee and restaurant

Enjoy a glass of wine and dine alfresco with our BBQ on our verandas - there is an enclosed veranda at the front of the property, as you come out of the patio doors leading from the lounge, and another on the side of the property, so that you can follow and sit in the sun throughout the day.
