Description

We are looking forward to our first season. Maple View Lodge is located in Parkdean Newquay. You can enjoy stunning views of the Cornish countryside. On the secure terrace there is outside dining furniture and a gas bbq. There is parking for 2 cars on the private drive. As you enter, hang up your coats in the utility room, the washer/dryer is found here. In the lounge relax on comfortable sofas, enjoy the large Smart TV and warm up on a chilly evening in front of the mock log burner. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a family dinner in. Gas hob. Gas oven. Integrated fridge and freezer. Dishwasher. Microwave. Coffee machine. Dining table and chairs seat 6. The hall way leads to the family bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and basin. There are three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, wc and basin. The other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms have a tv and wardrobes for store your holiday clothes. WIFI is complimentary. We pride ourselves in providing everything our guests may need to enjoy their stay. There is plenty for all the family to enjoy within the holiday park including heated swimming, pools crazy golf, Clip and Climb ropes, bungee trampolines (passes need to purchased from Parkdean) The lodge is a few minutes drive from Newquay town centre, many award winning sandy beaches including Watergate Bay, Fistral, Lusty Glaze, Porth. There is an abundance of local attractions for all the family to enjoy including Lappa Valley Steam railway, Newquay Zoo and Aquarium, Dairyland Farm, Flambards, Camel Creek Adventure Park

Fantastic Accommodation - perfectly cleaned!

Family With Young Children Date of stay - 28 Mar 2024 - 2 Apr 2024 We hired this Lodge from 28th March for 5 nights, over the Easter Weekend, on a Park Dean resort in Newquay. The booking process was easy, and lots of information supplied by host Cheryl, on location of lodge, and details of all facilities within, as well as on the park. Cheryl also supplied a video of how to find the Lodge within the park, which we did use and was very helpful! All communication was very quick and any questions answered immediately. The accommodation was fantastic, perfectly cleaned and appeared ''as new''. It''s also in a great location on the park, a short 5 minute walk to the main club area, whilst still on the ''edge'' having great un-interrupted views. Tv, Wifi, etc all worked without any issues. Coffee machine supplied was a nice touch. The park itself is nicely located for both Newquay and Watergate Bay; where our children had their surfing lessons, just a 10 minute drive. Great holiday and would recommend.

Business stay with great access to the whole of Cornwall 10 out of 10 This place is very good order well looked after great facilities, Has everything you need for your stay highly recommended, whole of the west and east side of Cornwall in easy reach to explore the entire coast line.

Superb views, clean and tidy!

The overall experience was very good, superb views and quiet location. Scored 9.0 out of 10 Location was very close to Newquay and local shops. The view was superb and the property clean and tidy. No noise from surrounding lodges.
