Description
19 Crest Court occupies one of the most stunning locations in Newquay. The apartment is right on the sea front with stunning views of Towan Beach, Towan Island and the harbour. To access Towan Beach you merely have to cross the quiet road in front of the building. The apartment is the ideal location for lazy days on the beach, surfing or walking on the numerous beautiful coastal paths. The main town centre is a brief walk with its shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses.The apartment is a beautifully furnished modern second floor apartment with a large bay window which frames the amazing coastal views. Within the apartment is a large open plan lounge, kitchen dinning room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master ensuite bedroom also has gorgeous views of the coast and the Atlantic.
The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar, an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and large freezer. The lounge contains a sofa bed which will accommodate 1 adult or up to 2 children.
PLEASE NOTE: If you intend to take a dog please make this clear when booking.
The master bedroom contains a king size bed, a wardrobe, bed side cabinets, and it has stunning views of the Atlantic. It also has a large ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds with 2 wardrobes.
Family bathroom contains a bath, shower, sink and toilet.
A large cupboard with a high chair, a travel cot, a clothes airer, ironing board, iron and beach chairs.
There is electric underfloor heating and additional radiators should this be necessary.
In addition, there is designated parking space (secured with a locking post), a shared courtyard, a bicycle/ surf board store and communal laundry. There is parking for additional cars within a short walk. Weekly passes can be obtained from Cornwall Council. The price is currently £45 per week which also entitles you to park in other Cornwall Council Car Parks.

NEWQUAY is the perfect location for a holiday in Cornwall. Newquay boasts some of the finest scenery in the UK, it is an easy commute to many of Cornwall's other highlights. Truro and the Eden Project are both less than half an hour away by car. Padstow and Rock are a short car journey. St Ives and Land's End are also easy to reach.

By MissLH on 25-Feb-2025I love to visit Newquay off season. On arrival I was absolutely blown away by the magnificence of the apartment.. spotlessly clean. Easy to access. Have had wonderful contact with the owners since I booked, so I was confident I'd made the right decision. The view is spectacular. I have found myself sitting staring out for hours The apartment is well appointed. Everything you could need. I felt like I had found a piece of heaven. Location is so perfect to access Newquay Town and the public transport. The beaches all only a short walk (albeit down 80 steps) away. Property is managed to such a high standard . There is also a designated parking space (for one car) which is a godsend in this area Would recommend this accommodation heartily.
