We had a wonderful week staying in Poltor cottage, that has everything! We visited Cornwall as two couples each with a dog. We had our own space with each bedroom having a bathroom and the dogs were perfectly happy on their own beds in the lounge area. The beds were comfortable and the showers lovely with plenty of towels for the week. The care and detail that has gone into the cottage is amazing, everything we could possibly have wanted had been thought of. The utility area with back door was ideal for bringing wet dogs indoors after the mud had been washed off in the doggy shower (dog towels provided). The beautiful garden with sea views was also secure for the dogs to use. We were in two cars and were offered a second parking space next door which worked really well. The location is perfect for exploring the area and Eden project and there are lovely walks from the cottage. I would recommend this cottage and it will be top of our list when we revisit this area of Cornwall.
The cottage is a wonderful holiday venue, with everything included, as well as a hamper on arrival. Great location, with wonderful sea views. Lots of various places to visit within about a 30 minute drive. Jeanette and Jonathan are great hosts, always available to help and advise. Many thanks Brian Sheila and Heidi the dog.
This is the best cottage we have ever stayed. Immaculate condition, great interior design, perfect lounge, Mediterranean style dining, nice kitchen with everything you need during your stay, perfect bath and shower rooms and good bedrooms you could sleep with no outside noise. The garden has wonderful views and the owners take great care looking after the beautiful garden. Jeanette and Johnathan have been fantastic and helpful hosts. We don''t usually come back to the same place but on this occasion we decided to book next year holiday in Poltor Cottage again. Highly recommend this cottage!!!!
