Fantastic modern spacious Bungalow, on this charming little Holiday Complex near Perranporth and St Agnes. This is such a great Central Location in Cornwall, set in Spacious Gardens + Grounds, with so many stunning Beaches and attractions to explore nearby.
We provide great value accommodation here for families at this lovely holiday park. We have a few properties here, so we can accommodate large family groups.
Everything is close by on this lovely holiday park, which makes it very relaxing for families to let children play and make new friends here.
Lovely facilities here from March to November - Indoor Swimming Pool + Sauna, Tennis, Children's play area, Bar + Restaurant, Football + Basketball area, Table Tennis, Crazy Golf.
Set in lots of gardens and grounds with Amazing Newly constructed Huge Wooden Play Area.
During the quieter months when facilities are not available -- we can offer great value for this amazing base to explore Cornwall

Great Central location in Cornwall - near PERRANPORTH, this is a charming coastal town with fantastic beach, Surf schools, great Restaurants and Bars, cafes, shops etc. Just a few miles from Newquay ... We also have other properties at this Holiday park, so we can accept bookings for larger groups
LOVELY MODERN PROPERTY -- sleeps up to 6 guests with beds made up for 6 Guests ..... and at certain properties we can arrange to have sofa bed available for extra guests if needed, please contact us about this before booking, as this is not always available.

Children love it here ..... there are lovely gardens to relax and play, with so much space. Ideal resort for families and couples
Lovely friendly staff -- nothing is too much trouble for them. This is a lovely safe place and parents can give children the freedom to explore the park themselves and make new friends. Everything is close by as this is a lovely small Holiday Park.
With some of the huge parks, the facilities end up being miles away. This can be very difficult for families who want to be able to keep the children close by and feel safe.
ON ARRIVAL --- Keys will be in the key safe for you for quick access. If guests do wish to use facilities, then Reception will charge just £5 per guest for facilities pass -- giving access to Facilities for the duration of your stay.
PLEASE NOTE - Ideally these properties sleep 6 guests, with all beds made up for 6 guests. The house is equipped for 6 guests. We have a couple of properties here. At certain times we can offer property that has a sofa bed for an extra 2 younger guests -- as long as you are happy to bring the extra bedding to use here -- there is a small extra charge if more than 6 guests are staying. This is not avail in each property, so you do need to request this. Please contact us before booking as this is not always available.
All beds will be made up for 6 guests. Please bring your own towels.
These properties are ideal for families, and one property has sofa bed if guests have a couple of extra young guests.
The property is not suitable for 8 adults.
We can offer great prices from November, when it is lovely and quiet. Facilities are closed from November. But this is still a great base to explore Cornwall, there is the children's play area in the commual grounds, and outdoor table tennis table - you are welcome to use this in the quieter season (bring your own bats etc )
This is a great central location in Cornwall. Just a few miles from Newquay.

We offer amazing value here, for less that you would pay for a caravan. During the quieter weeks --- we can offer 10% discount for NHS workers.
This property is ideal for families. If guest do wish to use the facilities here, Reception do charge a small fee of £5 per guest for the facilities pass -- this is the total amount charged for the duration of your stay
We can not accept bookings for groups of young guests under 25

PLEASE NOTE --- We can accept 1 dog at certain times. Please contact us before booking as this is not always available. There are conditions when bringing a dog, so please contact us before booking about this ..... our cleaning company charge £45 per week for 1 dog, this has to be paid by the guest before arrival -- Extra vacuuming and cleaning is needed after a dog, with Anti Viral products to remove any doggy odours etc ---
PLEASE BE AWARE -- we may have guests booked to arrive after your stay, that have allergies, if this is the case then we can not accept a dog at all ..... as we can not risk the health of other guests. So please please respect always contact us if you wish to bring a dog ...... incase other guests have allergies.

The whole house is available for your personal use. Im sure you will love the modern seaside themed decor, with local pictures of local beaches nearby.
The property has 3 bedrooms --- double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms
During the holiday season facilities are available (March to November )
WIFI is available at the Reception Building -- where you will find Bar and Restaurant, Pool + Sauna, Amusements etc,
We can offer great prices during the quiet months - from November to March, when facilities are not open. Great prices for longer stays !
Terms : 30% Deposit on Booking + £20 booking fee
Full Balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival. £100 damage deposit is also due with the balance
If bookings are less than 6 weeks away -- the full booking amount is due on booking, plus Damage deposit
Guests who cancel 65 days before arrival will receive 70% refund less Booking fee and 20 % admin fee
If guests cancel between 32 and 65 days before arrival - they will receive 50% refund less Booking fee and admin charge
We always advise guests to take out holiday Insurance as soon as you book your holiday - to be fully covered for any eventuality

By Julia B on 19-Sep-2024Lovely spacious bungalow on this lovely holiday park, amazing value for money, with use of swimming pooland sauna, tennis courts. We loved the bar area and enjoyed a game of pool in the evening . Well equipped bungalow with everything you could need. Spotlessly cleanand a lovely beach feel with pictures of local beaches. Loved the kitchen with modern new oven and hob. We will definitely be back soon, the bedding was lovely with nice linen on the beds. Great host very helpful and always quick to respond.

Lovely well equipped bungalow, well equipped with everything you could need, absolutely spotlessly clean, comfortable beds! We cant wait to come and stay again

The children loved playing at the amazing play area, and table tennis and tennis. They met so many new friends and loved the swimming pool / the property is so well equipped with everything you could need ansd the beds were so comfotable / Perranporth is just down the road and we loved spending days on the beach and getting a pasty and an ice cream from the cafe near the beach / it just has everything you want from a Cornish holiday. Thank you Jane we have already booked for next year x
Brilliant holiday stay
By Sian on 27-Jul-2024Spacious 3 bed property for my family, 2 adults and 4 children. Was very nice and clean, plenty of kitchenware and a dining table. Lovely big garden area on the front with a picnic bench. Very close to the site's play area and facilities. Owner very prompt at replying to anything I asked, lovely lady. A few minutes drive from Perranporth, beautiful place. Would definitely recommend and book this property again.
A good place for families with kids.

On rainy days we had access to a great pool, where we had great fun. The owners were very kind and quick to respond to our messages. This bungalow has everything you need.

Lovely indoor swimming pool and tennis courts and after a day out we enjoyed a drink or two in the sports bar and enjoyed a game of polio relax. The bungalow is so well equipped and so lovely and comfortable - we had a wonderful week and Jane is a great host and sent us so much information and free Cornwall brochures in the post. We can''t wait to come and stay again next year, we have already booked already. Thank you Jane.
