Description
SEASCAPE was built in the winter of 2007/8 and we have been letting the property since 2013 and many of our customers return year after year.SEASCAPE`S key features are that it has amazing sea views and benefits from fabulous sunsets from March through to October and the village and beach is just a few minutes walk away.
The property has plenty of outside space overlooking the sea, with outside seating and has a BBQ for those amazing sunny evenings when you would want to eat outside. There is also parking for up to 3 cars.
The property is fully equipped has an electric oven, gas hob, air fryer, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. it is a comfortable warm property which lets in a lot of light, situated on a private road but close to the village, beach and shops,
The property benefits from three good sized bedrooms all en-suite two doubles, one with a super king bed, one with a king sized bed and the third bedroom has twin beds.
PRICES Our prices are very competitive because we manage the property ourselves including the cleaning, therefore we do not have management fees. This means that the 20% that we would have to pay agents is passed on to you our valued customers.

A great week with the family
By K Garner on 18-Jul-2020We had a wonderful week's stay at Seascape. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything available to cater for your every need. Julie and Paul were very welcoming and went out of their way to help us. I don't think the photos show how great the view of the sea is from both floors of the house. We really loved waking up and opening the window to the sight and sound of the beach every morning. The property is perfectly positioned for a quick walk to the beach and the local amenities and you are also just a few minutes walk away from some beautiful coastal walks.
Another amazing week
By Julie Cummins on 04-Jul-2020This is the third time we have stayed in Seascape, the house is perfect for a beach holiday, you can walk to the sea in wetsuits, hot outside shower, large utility room for boards etc .. The living space is open with amazing terrace and sea view. Lots of space and comfortable so even if the weather isn’t good space to relax.. 3 baths rooms and great showers Julie and Paul are great hosts and I can’t recommend enough ..

It's location is superb, close to the beach and shops but distanced sufficiently to be private and peaceful. Julie and Paul were professional, approachable and helpful. They were keen to ensure that everything was up to scratch. We find the information supplied in the property explains quite clearly what is included in the price and what is expected on vacating it. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend the property to anyone. My Response Julie and I would like to thank Steve and Lyn for their kind words.
