SEASCAPE was built in the winter of 2007/8. Julie and I moved into the property and enjoyed our time there very much. In 2012 we built more houses and named the house we were living in SEASCAPE and then moved into one of the newly built house and started to let SEASCAPE

SEASCAPE`S key features are that it has plenty of car parking, has plenty of outside space overlooking the sea, is very easy to maintain and keep clean, it has all the appliances that you might ever need, very comfortable to Holiday in, warm, lets in a lot of light, very close to the village, the beach and shops, has fantastic clear sea views over the beach and from middle of March to the middle of October experiences the most fantastic sun sets imaginable.

Fortunately we soon found that a lot of the customers that came to the Hotel started to come to our holiday let and have come back year after year. It does mean that reviews are few and far between but the best compliment for us is people keep coming back year after year.

Our prices are very competitive because we manage the house ourselves so we do not have agents fees and we advertise through SIMPLY OWNERS so there are no hidden costs.. In the winter for example we let the property for as little as £80 per day for a minimum of 3nights or a week for £450, So if you fancy a winter break give Julie a ring.

Finally because we live on site, if you have a problem we can usually fix it quickly, if you need information about the area, restaurants, walks places to visit, well we can help.

A great week with the family

We had a wonderful week's stay at Seascape. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything available to cater for your every need. Julie and Paul were very welcoming and went out of their way to help us. I don't think the photos show how great the view of the sea is from both floors of the house. We really loved waking up and opening the window to the sight and sound of the beach every morning. The property is perfectly positioned for a quick walk to the beach and the local amenities and you are also just a few minutes walk away from some beautiful coastal walks.

Another amazing week

This is the third time we have stayed in Seascape, the house is perfect for a beach holiday, you can walk to the sea in wetsuits, hot outside shower, large utility room for boards etc ..
The living space is open with amazing terrace and sea view.
Lots of space and comfortable so even if the weather isn’t good space to relax..
3 baths rooms and great showers
Julie and Paul are great hosts and I can’t recommend enough ..

We stayed in September and found the property to be clean and well equipped. It's location is superb, close to the beach and shops but distanced sufficiently to be private and peaceful. Julie and Paul were professional, approachable and helpful. They were keen to ensure that everything was up to scratch. We find the information supplied in the property explains quite clearly what is included in the price and what is expected on vacating it. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend the property to anyone.
