Jay ( Kingsize bedroom, bunks bedroom and sofa bed in living space ) is a lovely well equipped 2 bedroom bungalow with Brand new kitchen , shower room and flooring located just steps away from the beach and shops in Polzeath with private parking, south west facing enclosed private garden with a summerhouse stocked with beach kit for your use including windbreaks, fishing nets, buckets and spades etc. The private large decking area in the garden has outdoor furniture seating 6 and 2 Rattan sunloungers and a BBQ ideal for al fresco dining. Outside tap / hose and washing line for wetsuits! Indoor board games for kids and adults, selection of games, selection of DVD's. WIFI .

Fantastic family beach holiday in this great location right in the heart of Polzeath. Lovely apartment with a garden, patio and new BBQ. Could not ask for more. Very accommodating owners who put themselves out to fit in with our dates. Altogether an excellent holiday home in a great location. We are very thankful to have found this place.

Wonderful relaxing stay at Jay

Another amazing stay at Jay. The bungalow has been refurbished and accommodates all your needs. Totally incredible location, literally 30 seconds from the beach. Zoe the owner is a lovely person and always gives a 5 star customer service e to you. Nothing is too much trouble. Jay is a perfect stay for a dog too. I have already booked my next stay! I highly recommend Jay and I will keep on returning. Fantastic stay.

Amazing bungalow to stay in. Literally 30 seconds to the beach. Lovely accommodation. Well equipped kitchen. Well presented and airy spacious bedrooms. The towels supplied were excellent and plenty of them. Garden was perfect and great for a BBQ. Constant hot water and TV and PlayStation available. I have been back twice now and will continue to go as it’s perfect for a holiday. The owner Zoe Cryer is so friendly and helpful. Kind regards, Amanda Denny
