Fully enclosed outdoor patio area with dining furniture. Parking is on street opposite the property.

The perfect base for exploring Porthleven and the Lizard Peninsular.

Wonderful
By Karen on 23-May-2026Just as welcoming as ever. This was probably our 6th visit to Harbour View. It’s not a sleek modern property but a comfortable well positioned, well equipped house. A place where you can relax and have a wonderful holiday. Porthleven & Lizard holidays were brilliant, from cleaning the house before we arrived to Leah popping back to help me with the WiFi. Absolutely wonderful service- Thank you!
Cosy & Perfectly situated

It's cosy & perfectly situated, as it is close to the shops & restaurants. The house has everything you need for a stay, whether it for 1 week or 2. The welcome pack is lovely & is always a treat. Parking is the only downside. if you only go out for a few hours but that applies to most of the properties around the harbour so you may have to park up the hill a bit. Overall it's a great place to stay & Porthleven & Lizard Holidays have always been very helpful & polite

By Shadia on 20-Feb-2026Fabulous location overlooking the harbor with numerous eateries on your doorstep. We visited in the winter, the lounge with log burner was a lovely touch after a walk with comfy sofas. Kitchen is very well equipped with some lovely touches. I would highly recommend
Fantastic Place
By Tom on 12-Mar-2026Fantastic place. Location is perfect for walking in to town. Within 5 minute walk there is a bakery, supermarket, pub, coffee shop and sauna. Great view of the harbour and sea from the bedroom windows. Inside of the house is clean and cosy. Plenty of cooking equipment.
