St Elvan's Courtyard is perfectly positioned right in the heart of Porthleven Harbour. Slightly setback from the Harbour footfall you can make the most of the harbour amenities from this spacious, airy first floor apartment.Moments from your accommodation are a unique array of shops and galleries offering gifts and wares from local artists, as well as wide variety of eateries and pubs, including The Harbour Inn, a popular family pub/restaurant just a stroll from St Elvan's Courtyard.
With an open plan layout and contemporary design the accommodation is perfect for couples or individuals to relax and unwind.
On arrival you'll be greeted with a traditional Cornish welcome pack to recharge before exploring Porthleven.
The comfortable lounge, light, airy and stylishly accessorised leads through to a well equipped kithen with dining area and opens onto the balcony where you can relax and enjoy your favourite drink on the bistro furniture.
The double bedroom has plenty of storage space with a large walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with electric shower over bath, hand basin, wc and heated towel rail.
Entrance to the apartment is via a staircase leading up to your private front door leading into the hallway. Off the hallway you also have a separate wc.
You have private under cover parking just outside the ground floor entrance.

It was just a minute’s walk to the beautiful harbour and shops. People were very friendly and helpful here. Highly recommended.

We so appreciated being able to check in earlier than time stated so thank you. Private parking was a bonus as it’s never easy to park in Porthleven. It was a perfect location for local amenities and we would highly recommend a stay here. March is perfect for us as it’s never too busy and mild enough to get out and about.
