Tigh-Na-Mara, which means ‘View of the Sea’ is a spacious yet homely cottage, is perfectly located to enjoy both the beach and harbour of Porthleven, each of which are a short stroll away.Set over two floors, Tigh-Na-Mara makes the most of the original property features and modern amenities.
Downstairs is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and woodburner, and a spacious dining area and original fireplace. At the rear of the property is the well equipped kitchen, with underfloor heating and door leading to the rear patio.
Upstairs is a generously sized double bedroom, with window seat and sea views, a twin bedroom and large bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC.
With it’s own private parking space, Tigh-Na-Mara is the ideal property for couples and families alike to enjoy the vast array of eateries, public houses, galleries and shops that Porthleven has to offer.

Cosy and comfortable
By Leigh on 01-Apr-2026First time staying in Porthleven itself as we usually stay 10 mins down the road. We loved being in the harbour town, and so central, just 5 mins walk from the quayside, pubs, cafes and places to eat. The cottage is cosy and comfortable, and at the end of March, was lovely and warm. So nice to find somewhere with a good bed too - super comfy (& I'm fussy when it comes to beds).
